Fox Automotive is such a friendly place to take your toyota! I went in to get my recalled fuel pump fixed and I met with the financial department to get paper work started to purchase my 2018 Camry. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I have never been disappointed with Fox. I have been coming here for my last 3 leases and will continue to come here with my newly owned Camry!

Went in for a warranty repair.. Once they looked into my issue it became evident there was a factory recall on it. Fixed with no charge. Very happy I didnt have to leave it overnight.

In all honesty, love the car but what happened to when I went to get it ended be frustrating. First off; I am from Grand Rapids so I traveled 2 hours to come see the car before I purchase it. The car ended up not started which I understood sitting in the parking lot for however long. Ended up loving the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle; the battery turned out to be bad so they decided to take a newer battery from a different vehicle. Since it was a Saturday service department wasnt there so long story short couple of the sales reps and myself had to take out the battery and whoever tried taking the battery off my just purchased vehicle stripped the lugnut and 1 hour and half later I was still waiting and working on my car I just purchased to get home. Finally got a new battery in after just cutting off the bolt to get the old one out. As I was just about to drive out; found a crack in the top corner windshield. Turned around the sales rep said he will talk and they will definitely cover it but with service department not open or even the company they partnered with not open I will have to do it another day and said me a check with a quote they got. Fine with me. Turns out the quoted me with the company they are partnered with. Came out to be a full new windshield for 200 dollars. I was like no way its that amount. Keep in mind I am in GR not Rochester Hills. I called around locally and all pricing came out to be over 400. So they sent me a check that only covers half the price near me. So not wanting to spend money out of my pocket I had to take time off work to travel over 2 hours back down for a 30 min switch of a windshield. Looks like they just wanted to give they partner business to me instead of working with a quote from a company closer to me so I did not have to go down out of my way. Seems like a hassle to me. More stuff as come up like a piece ended up being broken with my hatch that should have been caught while washing the car becuase it lets water seep through and they are not willing to help me because I discovered it months later after the little window of opportunity they give. In all honesty if I had to the chance to go back and when I was urging to buy a vehicle I would not go to this place. as they should really take more time into prepping the car as I lead up to purchasing it instead of last minute and the day of type of thing. i was talking with them over a week about the vehicle plenty of time to look and make sure things are all good. Will be doing anymore business or sending business towards them.

I went in knowing I wanted a Jetta and they showed me the best value CPO Jetta they had, and let me take it for a drive. The purchase process was made simple and fast, just had to sign a bunch of papers, call Progressive, and wait a half hour for them to detail the car. Only con was that there was a ladys kids running around and some of the employees were talking and cussing loudly. Good place though!

Fox Automotive Group has people that are really friendly and helpful I live in Rochester, MI but went with my niece to look at Subaru’s and unlike Suburban Subaru by me the sales person knew about the vehicle features, what they told us seemed to be true, and was eager to assist us from the beginning. My experience was the opposite none of the sales associates wanted to help me out and the one that we finally got didn’t know about the car features and gave us information that turned out to be wrong in terms of features that we expected to get based on what we were told but they didn’t end up coming with the car. Definitely recommend Fox Auto Group!!

Helpful salesman (Ask for Austin - hes a great guy) always has the answers.

Had a new keyfob made here and an inspection. They ordered the wrong keyfob. They also tried to charge me double what they originally quoted for labor, but still insisted on 1.5 times the original cost. I also found a charge for $17 under miscellaneous. It said customer pays the bill for repair shop, but I didnt have any repairs done. I asked about this and I was told this was LEGALLY MANDATORY because of how their dealership was set up. I have dealt with other dealerships for work and have never been charged an extra $17 for their shop existing. I looked it up after leaving the dealership and there are no Michigan or federal laws stating this. The whole interaction felt loose and sleazy and when asking about these nearly $70 of added costs, it was insisted it was normal. If you have the spare money to give away for free go here, if you dont want sleazy service, drive the extra few miles to any other dealership.

Experienced, honest, and great staff! The lady we worked with was amazing. We made appointments for two vehicles (my Toyota and my moms Lexus). When we scheduled the appointment, the scheduler told us we could use the Managers Special coupon for my moms Lexus. When we got there, there was some conflict with getting that through. Turns out, Toyota cannot reimburse this facility unless it is an actual Toyota vehicle. However, the lady who we worked with asked several people there and eventually let us use it for the one time with the extra charges that come with Lexus repairs (still cheaper than going to a Lexus dealer!). The actual service was also great. The lady kept coming into the waiting room to give us updates and ask how we wanted to proceed with recalls etc. After everything was finished, she also gave us a little summary of how our cars are in their current state and what repairs they may need in the future. The staff is great! They did a wonderful job on both of our cars and we would definitely recommend this facility for auto-repairs and maintenance. We wish we knew that ladys name. She was great and we would definitely want to work with her again.

To be brief: unprofessional, irresponsible, dishonest.Warning: read every document they ask you to sign carefully before signing.In detail: Our family wanted to buy the 2017 Camry and thought we scored a great deal and had a good experience with this dealership until we got to the finances. We have a signed copy of the agreement which includes $3750 off and 0% interest. However, we ran into some snags because the $750 off is a graduate discount so they requested that we had to have my daughter be a co-buyer (diploma is not enough). The problem is, our daughter is currently out of state. After leaving the dealership that day to get the necessary paperwork from my daughter, the dealership was extremely difficult to get in touch with, and when we did, they said they did not receive the online credit application form...TWICE. This went on for about 3 days until we decided this hassle was not worth our time. When we went back to the dealership to pick up a license plate that we prepared for the new car, they asked us to submit the application again. This time, my daughter sent them a screenshot confirmation, so they could not deny that it was not received. As a result, they came out with a new purchase agreement, not pointing out that the monthly payment was different, and just asking us to sign it. Of course, we noticed the discrepancy in monthly payment from our original purchase agreement, and the dealership said they are actually not able to offer 0% interest.

Sales is not too good in GIVING discounts to clients and they dont give whats advertised. It EITHER means that they LIED on their advertising or dont want to honor what they advertised. Good SERVICE. I give service a 4 star. Only 3 stars for sales. I HOPE they treat all customers well in the sales and finance department. I understand that in SALES you all take advantage of the ignorance of customers in discounts and what you PROMISED in your promotions TO MAKE MONEY. ITS about business. But even if you give all the discounts and promotions WE ALL KNOW THAT YOU STILL MAKE A BIG CHUNK OF MONEY. SALES in department stores and car outlets have THE SAME PRINCIPLES on pricing. So just be honest and good to buying or LEASING customers.

Brought a brand new Sienna last year.Worst dealership service center experience ever. Do not stand behind their product. Take no ownership of their product.The car creaked. Dealership said that it was a known problem. Did not tell me when they sold it.Insensitive service staff. Got white paint like stains on exterior and and interior in the last two services and they just brushed it off that we do not have any paint in our service center. Those paint marks came from somewhere? Two time now.The flexible antenna broke off and side view cover came off in car wash. i was told that I should have removed the antenna before using car wash. I told them n my 28 years of driving American or cars, I never had a flexible antenna broke off. Did not admit to any flaw in the car. i was actually told by the service manager (no joke) do not wash your car in winter.The easy care warranty is another scam too. Got a goose egg bump in the side of the tire. Told me that unless the tire starts leaking the easy care would not kick in. So, should i have waited for an accident to happen before replacing the tire?

Its so easy to make the appointment and wait right there for it. My oil change service is always very quick. The report gives you warning of what might be needed in future so never have further service pushed on me.

While there I enjoy heading back to the parts department to check on the latest trends and accessories. I dont trust the service center/body shop. They gave me my car back, told me it was all set. Made it to Rochester road, then noticed they had completely busted the power steering. By the grace of God, I was able to man handle the steering wheel and prevent getting robbed from a busy highway.I will never bring them a car again, almost cost me my life.

Already left review for VW. Finance guy is simply greedy and thief. After test drive price went up 2k. Said pice was miss printed. Asked the finance guy clear and loudly not to add any additional Optional charges. He added anyway. When I confronted, he said he did not listened.

These guys are incompetent. Made an appointment for a safety airbag recall, and when I got there they sent us away because they entered it as an oil change. Then when we dropped it off after hours for the new appointment, they ignored the phone number and other details on the envelope. I guess this is better then the last airbag recall when they forgot to connect a connection, and returned it with an airbag light on, but I guess I will need to drive further to another dealer from now on.

The worst possible experience that a person could have when dealing with car repairs. The woman responsible for writing up the work order should be fired. The service manager was of no help and my car was not fixed, not even close! However, they had no problem charging me 460.00 and returning my car with no having resolved the original problem. I doubt that anyone at the dealership will even do anything about this posting, this probably was a waste of my time. Lets see if anyone at Fox Toyota cares anything about public relations and satisfied customers.

I recently purchased a used 2013 GMC Terrain and could not be happier with how everything went during the process with my sales person Alex. I was trading in a car that is a bit unique and he put in way more effort than I expect to find the right fair trade in price. The sales process was extremely smooth as well. He did not pressure me at all through the transaction and was only answering questions and advising me with my best interest in mind. Fox Toyota is the only dealer I trust to service my car, the service staff is attentive, respectful and keeps me informed as to the status of my car while in the shop. The sales department also worked with me trying to find the right car. I really feel like trust is the cornerstone of their business model and I believe it shows.

I was looking for a new, small SUV,, and searched for the best fitting and most dependable cars for a single, petite, woman, the answer that came up was Toyota. I had had one before for 9 years and loved it. Also, since i have back issues (I know Toyota uses the McKenzie seats), and because a friend had worked for Ford, GM, and Toyota, making parts, and told me that Toyota had the very best standards, and that the other companies let things slide, but Toyota was very stringent in their inspections, I decided to look at the Rav 4. I went to Fox Toyota and spoke with a salesman named Craig, who understood my wants and needs, and I was very particular in what I wanted, he kept in touch, and despite the fact that I had surgery while I was looking, he was very understanding and patient, and eventually found the perfect car for me. The safety features are amazing, and since Im getting older, I wanted something that would prevent any accidents in the future, unlike my Mercury Mariner, that had the most trouble of any car I ever had, and the brakes were always terrible, even after brake jobs. The car always inched forward when I had my foot pressed on the brake at lights.Today Craig sold me a perfect and beautiful black Rav 4, and after the paperwork was done, which, by the way, was easy, and everyone was friendly and thoroughly explained things, Craig set my car up to my I pad and garage door opener right there. I had forgotten my phone, so I will do that myself, but he explained everything I could need to know. He is such a good person, and I was lucky to have been connected with him for this big purchase.I highly recommend Fox Toyota, and I am thankful that I was able to drive home safely in the car of my dreams!Good job, Fox Toyota!!

Finally someone to talk to......what a joke.....he was trying to pull the mileage up to show my husband....he didnt know how !!! He kept saying This car is really loaded...it wont last long here on the lot ........Hmmmm car was a 2013.....its now 2019.....car isnt moving very fast....its been here for 6 years !!!!
