John did an AMAZING job with our two flat screen TVs! He was so friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time, precise and go the job done. Our TVs look so perfect, and we are very happy with the services. John hung one of our TVs above our fireplace, which I really love. He spent a little extra time to make sure it looked perfect. Jon did a wonderful job installing our audio and video equipment from start to finish. He researched prices, models, and accessories to give us the best information before making any decisions. Jon was always punctual and promptly answered our calls. His knowledge was extensive and extremely helpful. He also was able to update our computers. We were very pleased with his service.

I called John in the morning and he immediately picked up my call. We arranged for him to come over later that day to look at my home theater connectivity issues.After a lot of testing he diagnosed that the issue was with my download speed and my modem. He sat with me while we talked to the Internet Provider. He knew the right questions to ask and negotiated to upgrade my service for no extra cost and replace the modem.The Internet Provider (WOW) was very helpful and increased the upload and download rate while we were waiting. After this, the system worked great. John also provided suggestions on how to further improve the performance.Without John, I would still be stuck in the dark ages.John has paid his dues. He is now branching out on his own.He should be the first person to call if you have home theater installation/connectivity issues, he doesnt give up and does a great job.

I made a call to Jon just based on a simple Google search.Jon was on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes hearing out my entire problem with my security system installed by another company 3 years ago.Jon said the would stop by my house the next day and would take a quick look. We both determined that the existing system was not viable. He came up with new equipment package that was very reasonable and was able to get it shipped to him overnight as we had a deadline due to pending vacation.Jon installed the equipment today and made certain everything worked properly and explained all aspects of managing the system in terms that were easily understandable.Jon pricing was more than competitive. If you add that with his kindness and the great person he is it is like a huge bonus.I 110% would recommend him to anyone who wants their A/V projects addressed by a consummate professional.

We hired Jonathan to install a TV over our cultured stone fireplace. We didnt think it was possible, but Jonathan did it! Amazing job and no wires to be seen. In addition to the install, he took the time to do the TV shopping for us and found a great deal on a Sony available at Best Buy. This extra above and beyond service saved us a ton of time and money. We were so pleased with his work that we had him back to hook up our 20 year old surround system. He never pressured us to purchase a new system, assured us the old one would work just fine. It is up and running and sounds amazing. Jonathan is very responsive, timely and reasonably priced. We are having him come back next spring to install new outdoor lighting. Thanks Jonathan :). Called around 945am and he was at the house by 11. Job was finished by about 1215. He was precise, thorough, and explained the job the entire way through. He did really, really nice work mounting a TV on a plaster wall with hidden studs over a fireplace. Appears flawless. Price was more than reasonable. I can highly recommend his work.

Jon really knows his A/V info; The best part of our experience is that we had some knowledge gaps but Jon was really able to fill in where we needed expertise. This was a basement install for in-wall speakers and a projector with wiring for Atmos speakers. They did everything for a very reasonable cost and within a day!

I contacted Jonathan from jmoaudiovideo as I was receiving terrible customer service from a company that I had purchased a tv and install from. I am happy to say that he went out of his way to complete our install the next morning. He is very professional and makes sure the job is 100% before they leave. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Messaged John on Facebook and immediately got a response and phone call. He did an amazing job mounting my 65 inch tv. The job was done quick and he made sure to keep me informed during each step. He was very professional, I highly recommend him. He has the best price around as well; I’ll defintely give him another call when I get ready to mount my other two TVs in the bedrooms.

He was very knowledgeable in what he does and was very thoughtful of me being in a wheelchair he accommodated all of my needs for the install. We’ve had him uninstall move and reinstall one tv. And we just hired him to install a tv and it went great and looks great. We want him to install another tv for us. Great quality of service. And the install looks great.
