They stole my security deposit. I always paid on time. I gave them my new address before my lease was up. Ive contacted them multiple times just to be told that its in the mail. I am talking legal action now.

I liked living here. Maintenance is quick to solve your problems. People are generally friendly. We had the pest control people spray every couple weeks and never had a problem with bugs. The front desk ladies are not super friendly though. They never fixed the kiddie pool for two summers. And the playground is broken in one area, which I complained about multiple times but they never fixed it. Overall if you have to be in an apartment or townhouse, this place is pretty good. I never once heard my neighbors.

I do love the apartment but the walls are thin enough we can hear our neighbours and there will always be noice complaints if you use your surround systems. Pathetic construction and cranky Neighbours who cannot get on with others. If you want to be home and be yourself do not come to this apartments.

The staff is friendly, I think its in a great location, not far from 59 or 75, which is nice because I work in Detroit. Community is nice and my neighbors are all friendly. I enjoy the 24 hour fitness center and hot tub. I have the 3 bedroom townhouse so no one is above or below me which is nice & I have an attached garage which is awesome in the winter. I recommend it to anyone looking to live in our area.

This place is HORRIBLE! My apartment and THREE OTHER APARTMENTS WERE BROKEN INTO ON Wednesday, November 2, 2016 THE SAME DAY! Michelle, the regional and the grounds manager did not take time to call to even check to see if I was okay. Criminals kicked in my front door in daylight and stole more than a dozen items. Whats worse is someone came back Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 4:11pm. The criminal was kicking my front door. My mother was at my apartment and saw his face through the window…Both incidents were reported to the county sheriffs department. Also my neighbors garage was broken into. Criminals took items out of his garage as well. Manager does not handle such issues with any empathy for its tenants. Im still awaiting a call from Michelle…They care nothing about people especially during catastrophic time such as this! MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ive lived here for 2 years and I have been content. Only moving because I have a new job in a different state. Management was always helpful, as were the maintenance guys. On the rare occasion when I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. I can hear my neighbors - both next door and below, however that kind of thing does come with apartment life; the quiet hours at night are a good thing.

I really like the community, very peaceful and quiet and surrounded by a large wooded area. The apartments are very spacious and perfect sizes for both families and single people. It is in the best location in Rochester as it is away from the busier streets but very close to downtown Rochester to enjoy the night life that it has to offer. Also very close to the bike trails!

Over the years Ive placed many clients here. Recently the service has been less than what is expected from a Luxury property. Today, I meet a client there at 11am to submit an application. The door was locked, the leasing agent opened the door and didnt greet me. I explained I was meeting a client, and no response was given. When the client arrived at 11:15 am, we were asked if we had an appointment. There was single other person in the office other than us and leasing agent. She said expecting an appointment, then I asked if we could just get the application and was told to come back in one hour. My client could understand why the application couldnt just be given and then we come back with the completed application.The last client placed here everything went wrong. I asked to set up the lease signing and payment in advance, they were too busy to set it up.So I planned for the lease signing for the date on the information sent to my client, but that didnt work out either. I was told they dont sign leasing on the weekends, even though the date that was the move-in statement for the leasing signing was on a Saturday.There was a time when this property was a luxury property. The service was impression but something wrong now and the service isnt what you would expect from a luxury property. Its a shame. I cant bring more clients here if we are treated badly when we only want to submit an application or sign the lease.

The community is nice, however our short term rental apartment was INFESTED with flies and beetle bugs. At inspection, dead bugs were in every room corners. I sprayed the entire place with Home Defense before we moved in, but we had multiple bugs DAILY. So gross! One morning before 1pm, I picked up 27 bugs. They were coming into a room that had no window or outside access. I sprayed Home Defense several other times during our month long stay. I complained about the bug problem before and during our stay, and supposedly pest control came out. However, I witnessed Pest Control come to a unit across from mine. He was at the place for exactly 30 seconds. He grabbed a bucket from his car and threw several handfuls of particles, haphazardly around the outside- onto lounge chairs, and wherever else it landed. He is a total ripoff to the community- worthless. The apartment and complex itself, minus the bugs, was nice, but showing signs of age. Nice pool, but not heated, so not swimmable for most of July. To live in this place, be sure to pack a gallon jug of Home Defense.

Let me first say good thing about this community. The maintenance crew are good. My complaint is not from leasing assistants but from company management. The Singh management is by far one of the most inflexible and tough managements I have ever seen. They do not work with you on anything. I understand we sign a contract but in hard situation they do not care. I had to move from MI and they made me pay 4 months (to the end of my lease). You cannot access to upper management in this company. They do not care about people just care about money. Unfortunately it is a trend in US among real states companies.

The apartments are nice but management is HORRIBLE. It is run by SINGH Apartments. Stay away! Especially if you have to deal with someone named Ashley K. It is too bad because the apartments look nice and have good potential. In the end it just isnt worth it. Find another place!

So far with our half year living here, the experience of staying this community is great... Friendly staff, and quiet environment.... The only thing I would complain about this community is that it is expensive!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! EXCESSIVE spiders, rollie pollies, centipedes and even worse.....roach-like bugs. Maintenance sprays regularly, but the problem persists. I have multiple pictures some of which Ive emailed to management. As of last week Ive requested to move into a comparable apartment. NOT to pay less or more, but the same at least until the expiration of my lease instead of just leaving. Peggy, the sites manager offered me a unit for $1500 a $300 increase plus sign another lease for 18 months. In addition Peggy turned this situation around on me as if Im to blame. I had to be the better person and tell her that I do not argue or go back and forth with anyone. Ive contacted what I believe is Corporate in West Bloomfield. Left at least 2 messages for Michelle who has yet to return my call. Also parking for visitors is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! When I first signed my lease, I was told by the office that visitors could park in the area right outside of my unit. Within months of my stay, the rules changed. I have contacted a local news network along with Better Business Bureau both of whom are interested in proceeding further on my behalf. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Management has been outstanding here. Unfortunately, the poor construction of these apartments, allows me to hear EVERYTHING. And when I say everything, I mean I can hear the neighbor next to me snoring and clearing his throat in the bathroom. The apartments themselves would probably be wonderful if I did not live on a ground level apartment. I also had unfortunate luck in getting a string of disrespectful neighbors. These places have great floor plans and the attached garage is fantastic. I only wish there were sound barriers. I would have paid double the rent if I was assured I did not have to listen to my neighbor peeing.

Complete rip-off. Only went there because I got stuck with nowhere else to go.They look for any excuse to slap on another $100. I believe they caused some of the problems but dont admit to it. and of course how zero compassion.Ground floor townhouse is a bad idea, the floors & walls are far too thin. I think there was a reason they didnt show me through my actual apartment before move in.

I loved the Golden floor plan, Cidermill was an amazing community!

I hate hate the pool! It is impossible to get in with little kids. Its freezing!

The staff is friendly, the maintenance is timely, and the living is more comfortable. I live in the northernmost house near the park. I often have squirrels and occasionally see deer.

The place is more than acceptable. Tranquility, cleanliness, order etc. Ideal for all kinds of people, excellent to relax. PicinA, sauna, gym, billiards, hot tub in order to enjoy your stay here.
