Had an appointment set. They knew I had limited time. They called LESS THAN TWO HOURS before the SET APPOINTMENT and said it wasn’t “convenient“ for them. VERY unprofessional. And they said the next time they could even get out was TWO days later. What’s to stop them from canceling then too. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS. Lady was completely unapologetic and acted like she didn’t care in the slightest.
