Twice now I’ve gone and thought I pumped gas into my car just to top off and my miles to empty remained the same, I was optimistic that maybe the first was bad timing but this time I was shocked to see not only did I just give them free money but was told I had indeed put gas in my tank smh. Nice people though

I visited today for about the 3rd time in 3 months. What I witnessed was UNPROFESSIONAL service and employees. As I sat in my car waiting a large male was leaning on a customers car that had gone inside, the customer was a younger man that was threatened by the employee, Taunted, (by the large male with shell clothing on) screamed on, put his finger in the customers face, and threatened also by the employee. I quickly moved my vehicle and called for help by management. I was put on hold for way to long, I called back and spoke with Abby and shared my experience she told me she wasnt there but was headed back to handle and I could call back Tuesday for a manager Mike Bell (owner).My other experiences were lazy/ half way doing their jobs and rude employees as well. I usually tip very well for hard work but I figured threw this tough times andthis C19 it may be trying times for most so being the person I am I gave it one last try.I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. It may be ok for those that can handle these types of behaviors but as a mother and kids paying attention and excited to be at a carwash and see Men working this hasnt been a good experience at all. I am appalled by the lack of profession, disrespect, and attitudes I witnessed today.As a business owner and operator I would never put up with the behavior I witnessed out of this male today wearing my company logo. You never lean on a customers car, provoke a fight, (not to mention with someone much younger and smaller) scream at others, putting your finger on another let alone touching the young mans nose, and use the language I heard him use today.Finally I will follow up with Mike as the young lady requested. My son was watching and heard. This is not a good example and Im ashamed of the lack of management and professionalism today.

I used to be so happy with service here, They have really gone down hill, charge extra for all sorts of things and then after charging you they forget to vacuum the back and obviously miss spots on interior. I will wash my own car for cheaper, better results!

Usually I wash my car myself, but in an attempt to save time I splurged on this ~$25 base-level wash. Attached are surprisingly the immediately AFTER photos -- bugs all over the front of the car, visible dirt on the sides, dog hair still covering the entire interior, new marks that didnt previously exist on the seat, and not even a quick wipe down of the front dash. When I (rarely) have an issue with purchased services, I reach directly out to the company rather than posting negatively online. I did the same here, but got the complete runaround. No one took the time to address my concerns.I would highly not recommend a wash here.

Really good place to get your car washed which is what has me coming back. Good staff who are good at what they do and who seem to take pride in their work. Even on the busiest days it generally doesnt take more than 20 minutes to get in and out.

The people were nice . The car wash job was terrible. Dirty window, spots and streaks. Im going to have to wash it myself tomorrow.

I have been taking all our cars there for years. They do a great detailed cleaning and have a great staff. I would highly recommend them for excellent service!

They use to be the best car wash around any time you went but now depends on the day some employees are great and do their best and some half way.

Always very thorough. I have dogs and somehow they get rid of all that hair and the smell each time I go.Very impressive!

Very disappointed. I paid extra to have my mats washed but they didn’t even vacuum the dirt from under them. They didn’t wipe down all of the inside of the car. I won’t be back. It’s not worth the money.

Looks good on surface, damaging for car.I was very disturbed today by my experience at this car wash. Pricing is about $15 more than what I experience out of state elsewhere, however, I thought for the premium price I would receive great service.For most cars, this is establishment will be fine. However, if you have a car with fine, soft leather interior and or any unique exterior features you will be running the risk of damage. I had requested three times that the interior car not to be touched with any oil based product. I had to intervene twice to keep the staff from putting armor all on to the leather of my car. Yet, still there were applications of standing oil on the leather. This is devastating for a soft leather as a discolors dark leather, and also ruins the organic integrity of the fabric. This doesnt happen right away, but it does become increasingly apparent a few months on and sadly worse and worse as the months and years wear on-- the damage continues long after the application. Staff did not use task specific clause for cleaning the car. This means that exterior harsh chemicals were used on the interior of the car, again damaging leather and other chemical sensitive materials on the inside of the car. I had to physically intervene with one staffer who is using such a rag to clean and interior window that had been darkened. Again, initially it looks great, however in months time the tinting of the window will disintegrate from the chemical contamination-- this is potentially $700 in damage on the windows alone.So, in conclusion, if you have a used American car with no leather, no tinting, no interior sensitivity and youre fine with standing armor all on the interior of your car, you will be fine.But, if you have a American, European, or Japanese sedan, sports car, or saloon with leather, tinting etc. you will run the risk of considerable damage by coming to this car wash. Lastly, the car wash ripped the rear windshield wiper off my car. There was no offer to replace this.

I like the work they do here, but when I asked the lady if the car wash was closed (it just started raining as I pulled in) she told me yes, then told me it was dumb to wash my car in the rain anyways. From her perspective this may be true, but I didnt ask her opinion, and I feel her response was rude.

89 plus gas seems to perform better than the other shell stations around. Does not provide paper sheets for customers convenience.

Tanglewood car wash is the best around to keep your car looking great...ask about the yearly pass that gets you unlimited washes at one low price for the year

My friend and I went thru Tanglewood Auto Wash in her new Audi a3. It was the first wash her new Audi had been thru. The wash left little strips of blue fabric on parts of her car. The manager on site, who said his name was John Harrison was very rude. He gave a whatever attitude like he didnt even care. Another manager named Mike didnt get his last name said he would refund the wash. My friend went inside and she told me they refunded her. We would never return to this wash. Those pieces of fabric still havent come off and its been 3 days. You cant even pull it out with tweezers its in there so good. The pieces of fabric just keep breaking off. I was most appalled at the customer service if you can call it that given by this John Harrison character. He really was a rude little dude.

My experience with the car wash was poor. My truck looked great from a distance, but when I looked close at it, it was horrible! The place deff has the ability to do a great job, you just have to pay close attention when you get a wash. They tend to miss alot. Just make sure you go over the car/truck well before leaving. Make them pull it to the side so you can inspect. If they know your gonna look, they will take there time with it. Just my personal experience.

One of the guys that works here used to work at Ragazzis Italian Restaurant down the street. I had a complaint because they broke a wiper on my truck. This guy I am referring to told me he was too busy to address me and would speak to me in a moment. I waited and waited for nearly 10 minutes. Finally I interrupted him (he was on a phone call) and told him I was going to be late to pick up my wife and he had to address me right now. He told me sorry, just call tomorrow and let the management know about it. Huh? I was told he was one of the managers. I dont know what they think theyre doing here but they just lost a customer for life. I did get a replacement wiper and a refund, however I still dont think the way that guy treated me was very respectful or professional at all.

Best full service car wash in the valley.

I came here a few times to wash my 2009 BMW Wagon. Its a 3 series.This car wash was very average. They didnt get the bird poop off the top of my vehicle and there were blue pieces of fabric stuck on parts of my vehicle from their car wash. I told Mike Bell, the manager on site and he said he was sorry. He seemed genuine. I noticed theres another manager, a shorter white guy.. not sure his name. .... who seems to like to complain a lot about actually having to work hard. His employees work hard but not him. On my recent visit I asked them to pull me over to the side to give it a more thorough washing. I heard this manager ask his employee what is the problem. The employee responded he was giving a more thorough washing. I heard this manager complaining to another employee saying to them I CANT AFFORD TO WASTE TIME ON THAT VEHICLE. IT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME.I have heard from a few of my friends in the area this manager will make comments like that so Im not the only one. I dont even come by that often, so when I come in I expect a thorough washing. Need to step it up guys. Come on.

I had a bad experience with this car wash station. I paid for a double platinum service but I did not even get the their basic service. They did not clean the trunk and there was some mud in the back seat although it was not there before that.They did not vacuumed underneath the car mats.
