Straightforward operation. Go in and they scan the package right there. No problems with their service and I have made a LOT of returns to Amazon through them.FYI This is NOT a UPS store so they only accept pre-labeled packages.

Owner has bad attitude. I took a package to this location to return to amazon, the package did not completely scan as I returned it. I notice in my Amazon account the return was not there. I called the drop off location and informed the owner something is wrong, I asked the owner to rescan the package since ups did not arrive to his location to pack up the package, or if he could just simply give me a receipt. Owner told me no he was not doing anything and I could come and pick my package back up! He told me to bring my Identification. The location wrote down all my package information also my name from my identification. The owner did not tell me why he was doing this to me! I am contacting the BBB to inform them how I was treated along with the unprofessional staff at this location. I feel if I was a white customer this would have not happen. Customers come first no matter what color the are. I hope your company falls to hell where you belong!
