I been a customer of DAT for over 15 years. I never had any problems with them. I sublet my ECU , ABS module , Clusters , they do great work and warranty their work .I highly recommend them to everyone

After another company caused more issues with our ABS Module than what it was originally sent in with DAT stepped up and corrected all the other companies screw ups. I have been dealing with these guys for the past 9 years and they do amazing job with auto electronics, since i have a shop i need my parts repaired quickly to get customers car out of my shop.they are just amazing and very professional people, they usually repair the parts for you the same day or you could pick it up the next day.

We have used these guys for about 8 years. We have been pretty satisfied during that time. Not the best when it comes to personal service but the work was good and pretty timely. With that said in the last year we have had nothing but problems. The last episode was when we called and explained the type of damage a certain cluster had and were told they could fix it only to get a call from them when they received it that now they could not. I explained the situation. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility. But in fact treated us like we are idiots. Si I sent them another $20 to send it back. (Costing $40 total for nothing at this point). Two weeks later still no cluster. Called them yesterday and were told they would look for it and call us back. No call today. When I called they again treated us like idiots. Said it was already sent out. We are going to ABS now. Its sad too cause they did good work.

The staff is very friendly over the phone and in person. 👍 Dropped off my broken ABS module on my 09 Camry on a Monday, picked it up very next day already fixed with a 1 year warranty. Would definitely recommend.

These guys knew more than my mechanic who diagnosed my car wrong. Their technician was able to guide my mechanic over the phone. Just thankful they saved me from paying for unrelated repairs.

Weve sent multiple modules and clusters here for repairs and have always been satisfied. Even when warranty work came up they were helpful and quick turn around which makes both myself and my customers happy!

I have taken 3 a/c control head units for Toyota vehicles over the last year. Aside from a fair price I am contacted in 1 or 2 days that the unit is completed. I have contacted them with questions and have never felt I was treated poorly.

They rebuild my climate control module for a jaguar and did a super job. They charged me 200 and the dealer wanted 1,350 for a new one. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee

I called them to see if they could do a repair on my 2006 Lexus IS350 Electronic Power Steering ECM and they werent friendly about it then hung up on me immediately. Poor customer service right there. Will not call them ever again.

Not Happy at all. Have used this co more than once, this will be the last. Have had other experiences with this co and some ok some just not correct. Sorry to say. You get what you pay for.
