Valerie did all of my document preparation for my divorce and made it seem less for me. I would not recommend Valerie. I hired her to help me fill out my divorce paperwork after speaking to her and being assured the whole process, including filing to separate the issue of dissolving the marriage from how the finances were to be split, was included in the $1000 price. When it came time to possible file the splitting of the issues she told me that would be another $500. She is already on the higher end of paralegal work and after reading reviews I thought it was because she would be more helpful during the process, but she barely wanted to speak to me. At first she was very nice and answered my questions about filling out the initial paperwork but towards the end she refused to give me an appointment to come in an ask her questions in person. She told me she was only in the office two days a week now, when before she was available in her office 5 days a week. She eventually agreed to a phone call appointment, and when I emailed her telling her I was going to call (her request) she sent back, what is this call regarding? Is it not something that can be answered by email? I was furious. I was left alone to deal with the pressures of filling my divorce paperwork after I had spent $1000 for the privilege of not having to deal with it.
