Well I can tell you that I have had some unsatisfactory (think bad) experiences in the past with less then satisfactory outcomes from several computer repair businesses. Bob is a really good guy and hes super helpful and patient and takes the time to try and help you; he doesnt seem like hes in a hurry to just get you out the door. I left my old computer there with him to see if he can save whatever he can of it. But for now, I can say that he seems to be a top-notch person. UPDATE: Unfortunately my computer was beyond repair but he was able to still help me. He did some fixes on my computers outer structure, and was also able to give me back a brand new computer but in an old body. Best place to go for all your computer needs

I brought my laptop into Bob for a screen issue that has been recurring due to an issue with Asus laptop screens. The last place I took it too just replaced the screen and called it a day, and sure enough the same issue began happening again (as its a problem within the asus laptop screens). Bob took the time to switch out the cable that no longer worked, as well as ensured that the cable was secure and wouldnt end up getting pinched in the hinge again like the previous 2 times. Bob also worked with me to ensure I was able to pick it up ASAP as I needed it for online school. Would definitely recommend him and will be bringing any laptops I own here if I have any further issues.

I was very wary of multiple repair shops as I didnt know what was wrong with my laptop and didnt want to be taken advantage of. After reading positive reviews, I decided to go with ICU. Offering free inspection is already a step above everyone else, but Bob is the most professional, knowledgeable person you can hope to have repair your laptop. He gives you context for what hes going to do and educates you so can reasonably maintain your laptop for the rest of its days. Hes honest, offers fair prices, and thankfully doesnt push you into getting the service. I would definitely go back if something were to happen to my laptop. 10/10

Bob has been our go to computer man for over 4 years and has ALWAYS given us honest answers to all our questions as well to give us quality work at a fair price. We drive 27 miles, passing other computer repair places on the way, to have Bob address our needs if they cannot be done by remote access which he does much of the time anyway.I recommend to all my friends to go to Bob or at least call him since he can usually get the job done by remote access.When we call Bob with a problem, he seems to be able to visualize what is going on, does a remote access, and shortly we are back up and running again. He is the best I have found yet and I have lived all over this country at one time or another.

Brought a gaming PC in suffering from god knows what. He recommended updating to Windows 10 Pro and said it was great at automatically picking drivers. 100 red flags went off in my head but i said whatever i cant figure it out, ill try it. It seemed to work great except now Steam was unusable. It wasnt until he asked me if i HAD to use Steam that i realized i went to the wrong place. Im sure hes great at virus removal and normal day to day or work computers, but if its a gaming computer i would advise taking it elsewhere or fixing it yourself. As of now my computer has been gathering dust for months. Really nice guy though.
