I would recommend this lab to everyone, customer service is amazing. They are very helpful, clean place and try to get your test done as soon as possible. If there is some problem they try to fix it for you. My doctors report had some issues, Katerina (she did my test) was very helpful, she called my doctor and got everything fixed and took my blood sample. Took 20-30 minutes for me. Thank you Katerina and labcorp!!

As a person with extensive hospitality experience, I would like to acknowledge Rayleen; she was at the Brockton location on 7/27/21. Her attitude while helping me with my Doctors office was exceptional. In addition, she drew my blood, didnt feel a thing 👍😊.

Fasted 12 hours, drank that sugary drink, waited another hour in my car because they had all of 4 chairs. just too be called and told they miscounted and didn’t draw enough blood. Now my entire night/morning and time is wasted. Would give ZERO stars if I could!!

Waited my turn to sighn in my kids, got called but I forgot their papers in the car, asked if I can go get them really fast they said yes, came back with them, try to show the person my papers but all she was worried about was how many people were in the waiting room, so I waited outside for 3 hours. Still waiting.

I dont understand all these negative reviews. I have gone to this 6860 Brockton Ave Labcorp location several times & NEVER had any issues. The facility is alway neat & clean. The staff is very professional and the phlebotomist are very gentle. I would highly recommend them.

It would be very helpful if Lab Corp could work for longer hours till 7 pm or at least 6 pm, most people are working they have to take day off for thier blood work, but it was much easier for them and for everyone else if your hours of operation were longer.Would appreciate your reconsideration for time change.Thank you,

Horrible and unprofessional. I feel bad taking my baby girl here for her first blood draw!! First poke she dug around for a good while until I told her to just stop and try other side. Though I understand getting blood from a baby is no easy feat but I could definitely do without the rude front desk to top it off.

The office was packed. It smelled a little old, but the building is old, so whatever. I feel that for the amount of people in that place they took care of business fast enough. They were professional enough. It would be nice if the floors were clean... Labcorp should have enough money to clean the place.

Sat waiting while techs texted on cell phones. Were very rude!! Looked like they all just woke up and didnt want to be there. Id suggest another lab. Not professional and didnt seem like any had long term training or otherwise. Cassandra was my tech. She gets 5 stars for professionalism and knowledge about butterfly.

So I recently moved out to California, I have 6 1/2 years worth of lab experience, and am going for my phleb in California (I’ve been doing for 6 1/2 years), and got told by Lisa that even though I have plenty of experience and although I’m already a lab processor, she refuses to try to help in any wayto have an opportunity to work for the company and to have me transfer over into a Phlebotomist when the time comes, she basically said it was “my problem” and all she cared about is wanting someone in there permanently than someone willing to learn and be able to better themselves and want to move and shift over into a better position, so thanks for the opportunity on YOUR TIME, but I’ll pass. Waste of my time

Wow the reviews are very mixed. Ive been here probably 8 to 10 times in the last year for myself and my mom. Everything Ive come its been fast with no wait. The staff is helpful and its very clean!

I had to get lab work done for my son and they gave me a kit but didn’t explained to me what were the proper steps. I asked if I had to do anything in particular and they said no. A few days later they told me I tried to return with the kit and they told me I had to recollect the sample kit because they didn’t explain to me the procedure on what I was suppose to do.

Can I give them less than HALF STAR???!Me and my wife feel so guilty of taking our baby girl to this place, the staff is worst than unprofessional.

Staff are so rude they need to be more professional

Got there at 8:30. Was politely welcomed by a young man at the front and assisted with checking in. The woman who was processing my information was also very polite. Was taken back quickly (they werent busy) and the woman who drew my blood was also very polite and professional. She had a to take a phone call and didnt just walk out, but excused herself then apologized when she returned. She was also very helpful when I asked about how to get my own copy of results and of other services I can get w/o a dr orders (not all states allow this). As someone who has to get a blood test regularly this was helpful information.

After reading the reviews I was expecting a bad experience. This wasnt the case at all. I made an appt and was out of there within 15 mins. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Slow receptionist, but shes pretty quick at Swyping away on her phone. Ugh! And shes the same one that extracts the blood. Dont like it

I was there no longer than 35 minutes. Staff was nice

They always give me inaccurate wait times. For example, I was told 30 minutes Maximum today, but at 35 minutes I asked for an update and they said there were still 4 people ahead of me. They are always understaffed. I had a clear view of the hallway for my 35 minutes of wait. 1 technician stood in the back for 25 minutes fiddling around with tests that she apparently could have left at any moment, since when the receptionist said I have one up she was able to drop what she was doing and attend a patient finally. The only other Technician was so new he didnt even want to ask the receptionist a question if he thought she might be the slightest bit busy. He stood in the hall for close to 3 minutes trying to find apparently the right moment to grab her attention.In the 35 minutes I was there, I saw 2 patients come from the back after finishing their labwork, and 2 go to the back to be processed. Be aware that if you go there, and you hear 20 minutes, you should be prepared to be there over an hour. I hate this facility and wish more people would complain about it instead of put up with it because it is one of the only two in the area.

If I could give zero stars I would! I made an appt the night before due to these places always having a million walk ins. I get to the building and lets just say it was fun even trying to find the office. Finally get there a half hour early with my 8 month old child (blood work was for him) to only find that the waiting room has about 8 chairs to sit in and the place is packed, I could barely get into the front door to sign in, people standing everywhere!!!! Needless to say, I had to wait outside with my child basically standing in a planter in a misty rain for his appt. Staff is not helpful at all, place is gross, finally get in to the room, the air is on max and its freezing. (Even the guy working there says its broken and freezing sorry)!! No one cares to clean the chair or put a paper down or anything before having us sit.....and we are dealing with blood here people....so gross......we actually took alcohol pads out of a container in front of the person helping us to clean the chair that my infant and me are sitting in! But wait, here comes the best part.....TWO phlebotomist try to find a vein in my son to no avail....so instead of just saying sorry, one proceeds to actually put a needle into my sons arm and dig around in hopes to find a vein as my son is screaming!!!! That is when we said ummmm no we are leaving! I have been to plenty of labs in my life but this takes the cake! So much so that I called my insurance company to let them know that they need to change labs ASAP on my sons insurance and that we WILL NEVER use one of these facilities again! I now see why they have pretty much 1 star reviews all over the place. Shame on this company

Staff was extremely unprofessional. All of them were talking up at the front desk (4 when I came in, 6 when I left), ignoring people when they came in. When they were finally done with their conversation, one of the girls called me back up to ask a few questions and give me some information. She was okay, however a male coworker (who was still behind the front desk talking/laughing) made it a point to undermine/ argue with her whenever she told me something. They told me that I needed to come back because it was a quarter past 3 and they closed at 4, because the test that I needed takes an hour. Im not complaining about this because I didnt know that or have an appointment. However, I wasnt happy that they let me sit there for 15-20 minutes before telling me that. Again, I would have understood of they were busy, but the entire staff was up at the front chatting among themselves. I live a couple of minutes away from this location, and made it a point to drive the half an hour to the Corona location when I found out that I had to come back.

Told me to go to the lab across from them because of the type of insurance. Place was packed and smelled like smoke, what kind of blood lab allows itself to smell like smoke? On top of that didnt look very clean dont go here.

Rude staff. She asked me to take my son back because he had not fastened. Then when I came back with him fastened, she asked me why to starve him. She broke veins on both of his arms.
