Paige did my hair and she did an amazing job. My hair actually looks really good for the first time in almost two years. Ive been going to Supercuts for over 20 years and have had many different people cut my hair but Paige just has that secret touch, a gift to cut peoples hair the right way its really awesome, its nice. Though, no matter who does your hair theyre all trained with the Supercut technique so that everyone who works at Supercuts has been trained to do. So you can feel confident whether your favorite stylist is in or not youre going to get a great cut and style. This specific Supercuts on Magnolia near Tyler next to the McDonalds has really nice employees and a great atmosphere. If you really want to get a great cut and style you probably couldnt do any better then this specific Supercuts. Like I said, Paige did my hair and it looks really good and Im extremely happy and look forward to continuing to get my haircut at such a professional, friendly and fair salon. You know when you go to this Supercuts you get what you pay for and its really worth it. I highly recommend this Supercuts and if shes in when you show up ask for Paige she has a natural gift at cutting hair. There is nothing like getting your hair done and knowing its been done not just the right way but the best way. The cost is fair, $25 for a cut and $30 for a wash and cut. Ad 5 to 7 dollars for a tip and you will walk out the door with your head high. If I remember correctly people with long hair is a little more expensive but its well worth the the price. Also a good cut is about 10 to 15 min. and a wash and cut is about 15 to 20 min. Enjoy.....I know I did.

I have had good cuts here before.Yet I work a lot of hours and showed up at 5:20 when they close at 6pm. They had 2 ladies waiting with no one in a chair. I was told they were all booked up. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day since I didnt want the same thing to happen. Yet she told me no, to be there before 5:30 to get booked. Which made me laugh since that was exactly what I just did. I guess I will have to find another place that will be willing to work.

Ive gone to this location for years and though the staff has changed they always deliver great service and great quality.

The people working are nice i asked for a hair cut and i showed an example but it came out nothing like the picture i showed her. i asked for thinned out and like layers with the style of a wolf cut and i am not happy with what i got. maybe my hair is not built for this type of hair style but it’s nothing like the picture i have even tried styling it and it looks worse than how i had my hair before. i’ve gotten my hair thinned out before and with layers and i noticed the lady didn’t even use the thinning out scissors. i love this place but this haircut makes me cry i’m so sorry maybe my hair is too wavy but even with straightening it it doesn’t look like the photos. i’m sorry but the ladies working are nice.

They no longer take appointments. Walk-ins only, and if you want a simple haircut or bang trim you could be waiting a very long time..

Went and got my hair cut by Paige. My hair started off in the middle of my back and now its shoulder-length and I LOVE IT!! I told her I wanted a drastic change, to get it at shoulder length, and then it was up to her how she wanted to do it after that and I am SO HAPPY with the result! My hair looks so healthy, has so much volume, and Im getting compliments on it like crazy! Go to Paige she is the best!

I love that this place is always so quick with minimal wait times for when Im in a rush. The only downside I see is that unless youre a regular, the haircuts for men will always be quick and somewhat generic. If you want something more personalized, go to your regular barber shop. In a pinch, Ill always come here and this location has friendly hairdressers.

Very good place to get a haircut. I recommend Kirsten and Ray, lovely ladies that are fun to talk to and good at their jobs. Honestly they are all good! They do means cut really well. And have many styles to choose from. They will also tell you their opinion. For the ladies, they offer professional hair dyeing solutions and can teach you. Or just do it for you! They do braids and everything. I bit more pricey than a regular mom n pop barber shop but well worth the price.

Would give 5 stars but i feel like $20 for a childs haircut is steep. Id rather give my money to a local barber shop at that price. They are always nice and friendly here though and keep your previous cuts on file so you dont have to remember every detail again.

Good haircuts. However, due to the increase of pricing from $15 a cut to $21 (and that doesnt include a shampooing at the end). I cant give this place higher than a 2 because of that. If you dont mind paying extra, the cuts are good and the staff is excellent.

I was really impressed with this salon. Checked in online, but they were running late. The stylist called to let me know exactly when to come in. They had water bottles for us in the lobby, and I waited note more than 5 minutes to be seen. They did a great job with the cut, and of course the famous hot towel is nice. This salon considers themselves a family, and it is evident. It feels like you are part it too when you come in.

I go here often and get very mixed results. Obviously that depends on the stylist I get. Last time there seemed to be someone in training and it took the guy ahead of me about one hour plus to get what looked like a pretty normal mens cut, while mine was done in less than 10 minutes! If I wanted someone in training Id go to a barbers college and get it for much cheaper.

I come here all the time and leave feeling refreshed. I just wish I could remember all the hairdressers names!

Ive been getting my hair cut at the Riverside Supercuts for many years & added getting my hair colored as well for several years. A few different times Ive had Rae cut & color my hair & shes done a wonderful job.

I have been going to supercuts for some time now and have been happy with the results. This was my first time at this location. I got Jossie and she was polite, professional and considerate. I will be coming back.

I was a walk-in, but only had to wait a few minutes. Andi, my stylist, took the time to really listen to me before she started, and continually asked if what she had in mind was ok. Great haircut, and Ill definitely be going back.

One Sunday morning, I took a trip to some barber shop. The barber shop destroyed my hair basically. I left there and came here to this Supercuts to get it fixed. Rae fixed the disaster that was my hair, and made it look exactly like I wanted with no problems. She made the whole experience genuinely fun and relaxing. Ive been here three times, two out of which ive been satisfied. The third time, today, i regret saying i liked my haircut. I regret it so much. I absolutely hate what A specific person did to my head today. I just left.

Staff is friendly and always nice. The only thing is that they really need to vacuum the waiting area. The carpet always looks dirty with hair clippings all over.

This place was really rude to me and after i asked for a manger due to the poor haircut i received ...the manger Stevi was her name she was rude and very inconsiderate i would not recommend this location until managment has been changed..hopefully the owner or boss can get a handle on there manager

Came here for my daughters first hair cut and checked in online since computer was down in the salon. One of the young ladies was very rude when taking down names for first come first serve. I mummered to my husband she was a little rude and she mustve over heard because she put my daughter at the bottom of the list even though we came in before two others. I didnt realize this until 30 minutes later, I thought it was going to be our turn and instead a person who came in after us was called up. When I said oh we came in before this person the stylist told me my 4 year old wasnt and that she instead was at the bottom of the list. I didnt push it more because the last thing I wanted was to have stylists who have unprofessional attitudes cut my little girls hair so we left and had an amazing experience somewhere else. Not a great first experience for our family and we will not be coming here again.

I called in advance so that my wait could be short but when i got there i still waited 45 minutes. I got so frustrated that i just left. If it was busy i would be more understanding but there were workers in the back just chilling. NEVER going back there again.

Forget this place! Came in at my lunch break and there was only one girl cutting. Waited an hour and had to leave without a cut. Alright I get it, stuff happens. Came back later around 8PM and at least I saw two girls working. Whelp nope! One chick peaced out on her lunch break and again I was left with only one girl cutting hair! Freaking waiting room is packed with people! Im done with this place, staff some freaking hairstylists you cheap bastards!

I went in yesterday to get rid of my super long hair as its been so hot here in Riverside. Now while the girls there were very kind, I definitely did not end up with a good haircut. The girl who was cutting my hair seemed to be more interested in talking about her life experiences and listening to others small talk than cutting hair. By the end of the cut, my hair was still wet (I didnt ask for a style since I was a walk in and they were getting pretty busy with appointments and such), but when I got home to brush out my hair I had a choppy, uneven hair cut. No blending was done, my part wasnt accounted for, and what layers were there were very distinct and straight across. I went to Fantastic Sams later that day to get it corrected and was told I had a hole in my hair cut and that my layers were actually cut backwards, so the underneath of my hair is what was actually layered. Now mind you, I already had taken off at least 10 inches of my hair, but just to correct these mistakes, I had to lose another inch. I dont know if its because shes new or just was careless, but I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to come here after this.

They make it right when there are mistakes or long waits.

Twice I went to this place and both times they messed up my hair. Asked for a fade and got an undercut the first time. Second time my sides looked like the hair had been chewed on. The fade was uneven everywhere.
