Dont use this company specially if they send you a driver named Kenneth lacy guy is unprofessional and trys to fight you use Angelos towing they are way better

Such a reliable towing company! They responded to my call very quickly and were able to arrive at my location as soon as possible. I was on interstate 5 nowhere near anything and they were able to locate me very quickly. Before arriving they made sure I was safe. When they arrived they handled my car with great care. Very few times I had to get my car towed but they were able to provide every information I needed. The cost was also very affordable/reasonable. Very helpful and kind I suggest calling this company.

Definitely beware.We experienced a hit and run on the 91 freeway that disabled our car. CHP called for our AAA tow and Interstate arrived. When the driver asked where we wanted the car towed too, we opted for their nearest yard until we could contact our insurance. Our insurance did not cover for a hit and run, so we attempted to get our car out the next day to reduce any further storage fees. We were charged a $375.00 tow fee and $55.00 storage fee ?? I understood the storage fee however, we asked why there was a tow fee, since this was a AAA covered tow.Interstate said the AAA was cancelled when they towed to their lot. There was no notification or paperwork prior to the tow stating this was changed and they refused to give the car until the bill was paid. They would not take a credit card and requested cash only ?? This is a shady business to prey upon people at a time of Covid.When we called the following day to speak with the owner, we were told their driver errored and they will talk with him for not notifying us properly, but refused to refund any of the fees !! Yeah this isnt done yet. Go with a reputable company.

Really great service, all around from the team doing the operations, to the town driver. I was really satisfied.I called when I got a flat tire on the way back from the club. They were able to come and help tow the car. I had a spare tire which helped, but I requested that they tow my car to a firestone, so it could be worked on.I didn’t have to wait a long time before they arrived, which was a bonus. I was able to save their number and next time I was an issue, I know who to call.

My car needed a tow because the starter is broken. Chase was such a friendly and great person to help during the stressful situation. I highly recommend this place and Chase was amazing!

This dude was awesome....quick arrival they said 29 to 30 min but were ther in 15min. (possibly because the yard was 1.2 miles away) but quick nonetheless. They could have waited longer or took their sweet time since I was so close but they didnt...driver was friendly and very professional. I recommend if you need tow service needs.

This towing company is the best my car broke down in the freeway at 1:00 am. any other towing companies were picking up the phone or the ones that picked up the estimated time of arrival was more than 2 hours and I had my kids in the vehicle I didn’t wanted to be stranded in the freeway at midnight. This guys arrived in within 15 minutes of my phone call. Very fast service and affordable

This towing company has really rude people one of them is some guy with a name i believe avood omg horrible person i seen him personally yell at his employees and u can just imagine the way he is with the customers. I asked to speak to the owners and they are never there.

Be ware, this people recently towed me with AAA and over charged me 3 miles, I was driving behind the guy and checked the miles. That is dishonest, before towing my truck, he said his gps said it was 13 miles to get to destination, turns out, it was under 10 miles and he still charge me extra. Not kool, you deserve 0 stars for being dishonest and argumentative with the client.

So I was riding my Volvo going on a road trip, which was a really bad idea, because I didn’t really get my car inspected before buying it off of Craigslist! A couple miles down the highway, black smoke started to appear in the hood of my car.I kept driving as far as I could. But my car stopped in the middle of the highway.I needed somebody to tow my car to the nearest mechanic and these people helped me. A friend off of Facebook referee them to me!It was very last minute and they were really cool operative and getting all my information and getting my car to the nearest mechanic in the area. If you need your car towed, these guys really have your back! I recommend them!

The absolute WORST towing company in existence. Everyone is a total jerk and their prices are a rip off. Talk about taking advantage of someone in a compromised state, $75 for the hookup plus $10/mile?! Are you kidding me?!?!?!
