This river falls site is so short staffed its terrible. Maybe offer more money? It would be helpless to work there.

Good option for some things that you just dont need to pay premium price for.

Ive went there for about 5 years i love it there but one off the employees thought we were stealing and the old people are slow and hold up the line. and each and every year they close earlier.

They have been remodeling lately! The store is looking great! Always a easy place to get in and out quickly when you need to!

Sign attached to window saying they close at 6pm, yet no where else did I see this notification. Annoying because now I have to make another trip or find items elsewhere on short notice.

Needs some clientele to clean and straighten it up better! Very messy!

Dirty, unorganized store, but, its still way cheaper than the local grocery store in River Falls. If not for the fact I cant get down 1/2 the aisles most of the time in my wheelchair cuz theres so much merchandise sitting around to be put away, Id give it a higher rating. Also a lot of issues with things being priced wrong, or, having no prices at all on shelves. Have talked with district/main office manage before about this, & not being able to access many aisles, but all you get are empty promises about how they will make changes, clean things up, the usual. Does zero good to bring up the issues. Aside from the issues this store has had for at least 10yrs now, theres not much else to say. Employees I have dealt with are typically very helpful & friendly also.

Most product was in the newly remodled isle. It would be such a nice option to have to shop, but I just cant go thru the chaos.

I wish they would just sweep the floors at Least once a week, stop leaving boxes everywhere, And organize the shelves. Do all of these and it would look so much better in there!

Great place to buy what ever you need. Friendly staff, great prices. Although everything is not just a dollar. Many items over a dollar. Definitely recommend for college students or anyone on a budget.

The place is usually kept neat except on order day. I feel that they bring too much out on the floor at one time. Hard for customers to get around.

Another well stocked Dollar General. Was asked if I needed assistance when I got onto the shopping area, was checked out by a polite young man who asked if I found everything I needed. Just bought a 115 volt phone charger, works great. Good experience, Id go back.

Its better than it used to be but this store is always in a state of disarray. Honestly there is just merchandise scattered on some of the shelves. Also the floor is filthy. It looks like they havent washed it in years, Id say less but I havent EVER seen a person with a mop bucket, or even a mop bucket.

It is Dollar General. It has products at a good price. Under the new management, it is being kept more organized. The building is old, it was a grocery store (Red Owl) through about 1985 and then a hardware store until about 2004. The floors are well worn, but not dirty. I visit about once a week.

Just about everything you need at good prices

This is NOT a Dollar Tree. You can get some inexpensive items here and there are a limited amount of items that are $1. Most items are priced slightly lower than most retail stores. The rest of their selections of inventory (and their inventory is massive) are comparably priced.Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized.

No signage of sale prices which was a little frustrating and cluttered just like every Dollar General Ive ever been to in the US. I must however say that the employees were great and very helpful so for the customer service I received, that would be 5 stars for them today.

Has everything that I need like Walmart

The store seems cramped from the minute you walk in the door. The cash register is right there and when people are in line, it is hard to get past them. The aisles are messy with carts of merchandise and empty boxes lying around. There was an employee just throwing boxes into the aisle I was trying to get to. Just seems cluttered and needs some reorganization. Would rather go to Walgreens or Dicks than go back to this Dollar General.

This place just aint the same since Dylan left...

Staff is good here, but store is way to messy and unclean. I love dollar stores but don’t like some of there higher prices and WAY to many boxes in the way. They also let the lines get very long before calling for help.

It says is open on sundays, but I went there and it was not open. There was no one there. Nobody answers my phone-calls. Please acknowledge my comment, there needs to be better management.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! Wouldn’t let my freind buy cigs because I did not have my id on me!!?? Said it’s a law from state..I’m wondering if that’s a state law really or if he was blowing smoke.

This store is very cluttered. Its staff isnt very professional in most situations. They are very informal. The store to me seems to be in shambles, but the prices are right on a lot of their products.

Nice variety of food items.

Ghetto as all hell. There merchandise if not out dated is significantly over priced than WalMart and even Walgreens. Know your pricing for products. If you shop there dont to get any deals, quality and consistency. Its there if you need it, however youd be better off going somewhere else.

ALWAYS unkempt and it seems like every time I shop there, they have giant carts in the aisles blocking what I need - never fails! However, the staff is always eager to help and do it w/o hesitation. Everything is reasonably priced and mediocre quality - but thats every Dollar General.. Lbvs! 😂

One of the filthiest, messy and unkempt stores I have ever been into. Prices are better at the local grocery stores. Parking lot is a mess, and the whole outside and inside of the store looks like it is in the Ghetto.

Deluxe Mac & Cheese is $2.50, anywhere else its at least $1.50 more! Ive been wanting to tell people that LOL I go there every other day, they have better prices on junk food and pop and Redbull than anywhere else in town! The store is a little messy every now and then but mainly because theyre always restocking shelves. They never really have a second register open, if they did more often Id rate 5stars. Wish they were open later too.

Definitely overpriced,..... they say Dollar General because everythings generally NOT a dollar.

Was purchasing random items and purchased cigarettes. The cashier carded even the persons Not buying anything stating that he would be fired. I doubt it otherwise how wouls a person with children buy alcohol or tobacco? Would they be refused service because of their children? Ridiculous.
