I have always had good haircuts at Supercuts, that skein continues. I hadnt had a haircut for more than a year because of the pandemic. It occurred to me to show a pic of what I used to look like when the lady barber started to ask.. So I showed one from my phone, and she got it.

Usually we have a good experience however today a guy came in and spoke to the barber while he was cutting a little girls hair. It was clear the man didn’t want to wait and to be taken and wanted to be seen ahead of others. He left and came back . When barber was done with the girl he took the man ahead of everyone else. We had a 1pm appt it’s now 1:32 and we are no where near being seen and that man is getting his hair cut. Poor way to do business . We most likely will not come back because of that

Edit: Marisol, fixed my hair cut and evened out the cut. Im so appreciative for her! Went in for a trim yesterday and I said I liked my current length and would like a simple v cut.. The hairdresser continued to go in and cut 4 whole inches off without asking if thats ok. Im quite upset with the haircut. Actually have never been more upset with a haircut before. Also they put product in my hair without asking.

The Manager Marisol was very friendly and professional. Every shave and cut was precise and clean. My appointment was on time and was a quick service with no mistakes. Thanks!

Well-run outpost of this popular chain. I think the stylists here are all trained particularly well. SuperCuts locations vary tremendously, and I only get my hair cut here at this one as its top notch. Roberto is highly recommended--very skilled calm and patient!

I have an undercut which I got trimmed here. The hairdresser helped me decide which trimmer to use and he did a wonderful job! Very friendly, very quick, very affordable!

Jenny gives great haircuts. I also like that you can check in online ahead of time.

Friendly stylists and effecient.

I have simple hair cut needs, and they are met. By using the Supercuts app to check wait times before showing up I rarely have long to wait. Ive been happy with all staff there but find Roberto, Marisol, and Jenny to be excellent.

Excessively long waits even when I schedule an appointment. I once scheduled for 12:00pm, came well on time and sat there until 1:30pm for a haircut... Every time I go its full of new employees who are inexperienced. I seldom see the same face twice. Simple requests such as give it a tinyyyy trim and the side is fine but make the top shorter please mean nothing and theyll trim too much or start making the top shorter and worse of all I might come out with random areas where it was cut too much and my scalp is visible or an uneven cut overall. Its ridiculous and I dont recommend this place for a haircut.

Very disrespectful while dealing and very harsh while hair cut with kids, price is not matching as displayed, very worst haircut ever had. Not at all suitable for kids. They are in rush to finish the job even no customers..

Stephanie is a great stylist. Always remembers how I like my hair cut.

Managed by just 2 people. Usually there is a long wait time. Average quality of hair-cuts.
