Not designed to help you out. Tracking was updated everyday with the same message, delivery expected today and when you finally get through to someone, they tell you the supervisors go home right at the time youve called and that you shouldnt pay attention to the delivery promises unless they actually say they are on a truck. Until then they promises dont mean anything.
