The agreement was for them to cut down 7 trees, grind the stumps and roots of those 7 trees. They cut down 7 trees. Grinded ONE stump and ZERO roots. A limb they cut landed on my chain-link fence, of course they damaged it and then patched it back together; my husband and I were out of town. They got every penny of the $5000 we agreed to because the owner kept saying I need $2500, I need $500...because I have to pay my guys. Thank goodness my neighbor took pics and video of them in the act and of the damage. The owner had the nerve to ask for an additional $1450.00 because 5 chainsaws were damaged on one of the trees and loss work due to the extra time spent on one tree.
