They continued to work on the issues around my need to work to completely correct all of my computer issues and there were many. This location is a dropoff only, called to ask for a simple test on my equipment, they said no problem. I arrived at location to find this is a dropoff only, and would have to either wait for pickup or go to Savannah for service.Edit: Joel, the CEO reached out to me directly, he respectfully wanted to resolve my issue. Not really any way to resolve this in my eyes, however their dedication to happy clientele has earned a better review in my eyes.

I am the owner of two laptops, one which is used in my job on a daily basis. when both of them went down, i was frantic. i called joel, not knowing him, and he came to my rescue. he has been very professional and very understanding that i need the computer for my job. he repaired both computers in a timely manner and got them back to me. i will continue to call joel for all my computer needs.
