Greg, John and their team was AMAZING! They were on time (not counting the delay from the manufacturer), they were clean, very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. And they did a fantastic job. These guys are pros!

Fantastic company! My wife and I found ourselves living a new fixer upper that desperately needed the windows replaced (20 of them). We called around to multiple companies to get quotes and even looked at your typical big box stores. Windows solutions plus were able to undercut the price of the competitors, commit to a date nearly half the time to get the windows, and commit to when they were going to start. The company I hired to do my last house took a full week to install the windows and did a poor job. These guys were in and out in 2 days and the care and work done shows in the end results. They cleaned up everything extremely well once done, too. The most impressive part of this overall process was the customer service though. Honestly some of the best customer service Ive had in my entire life and its not an exaggeration. They gave me background about their company, they listened to exactly what I wanted, and they delivered on their promises without a hiccup. (originally said the installation could take 3 days, but worked a little late on day 2 to get the job done early!) This is how a company should be run, I cant praise them enough, highly recommend.

As home owner who has lived in Stamford almost 30 years, I have found out that Window Solutions Plus is the BEST of home improvement specialist. I used Window Solutions Plus last week (2021-04-01) to replace my 16 windows.Here is what I would rate them.1. Initiation of the project - They dont push you but providing no-nonsense and professional advice.2. Costs - Reasonable (in my case, Pella 350 series.)3. Installation - Professional installers with 25+ years of experiences. (They are employees of the company, not the 3rd party contractors.)4. After much research, I discovered Window Solutions Plus and could not be happier. My storm door—a custom size with special features—needed replacement, while the doorframe required repair. Right from the start, I knew I was going to use Window Solutions Plus as my window replacement company. John and Greg proved to be professional and friendly and so very informative. Our experience with window solutions was the single best experience we have had with any business or individual doing work on our home. From beginning to end the project was handled in an exceptional fashion.Some specifics that really stood out were:The ability to discuss and plan over the phone, email and internet.This allowed us to think, talk and revise rather than having a pushy salesman giving us a 90 minute hard sell at a bloated price.Mapping out a timeline for the project and keeping us abreast of orders, projected project start date, actual start date and a follow up call the day after completion to make sure all was well.They have a great crew. The men that worked on our house were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We honestly felt as though we had family members working in and on our house.The crew was exceptionally clean. In the working areas they laid down drop cloths, covered all nearby furniture and vacuumed all debris with a hepa filter vacuum upon completion.Access to expert/owner throughout the process to answer any questions we had about anything. We worked with Greg from beginning to end.Finally, when they were installing our very last window my wife and I decided we wanted them to trim out the four windows that were not rebuilds because we just did not want to deal with the hassle. This was a last minute request as it was not what wed originally agreed to. The head of crew, Miguel got on the phone with Greg because they did not have enough trim on hand. Within minutes I was Facetiming with Greg so he could look at the widows and walk me through the process and price based upon needed materials after looking at the windows from his end. Perhaps the the thing that left the single biggest impression upon me was that this level of commitment and courtesy was provided for a project on a 1000 sq ft ranch. We were not, from their end, a large or lucrative project. This speaks volumes about Greg and the companies overall philosophy and really left an impression on me.

Greg and John were a pleasure to work with. I was looking specifically for Andersen windows and doors (although they carry many other brands as well) to replace my old ones and they did a great job answering my questions and concerns. It’s difficult going through all the info available out there about windows but they made the process very easy. Their carpenters on-site were wonderful and did a terrific job. They also did a great job cleaning up and was very respectful around the house and careful in each room. My windows and doors look fantastic! I would definitely use them again for future projects.

When I needed to replace my front door, patio door and large picture window there were so many vendors, manufacturers and choices in general that I did not know where to begin. I wanted the job done right to protect and enhance the integrity and value of my home, however budget was also a very important factor for me. After reading many positive reviews I contacted WSP. Greg met with me at my home and clearly explained the process. After discussing what was important to me, he narrowed down the best options available from different manufacturers to meet my needs. All that was left was for me to make the final selections. John and his crew were meticulous on installation day. Greg and John were both very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

We had to have 12 casement windows replaced in our home, as well as wanted a sliding door converted to a window. From start to finish, John and his team were wonderful! Prior to purchasing, John was completely detailed and thorough about what to expect to make sure we would not have any surprises come installation day. He even came back with an exact sample of the window we would be getting for the sliding door replacement (since it was going to be slightly different than the other windows in the room) to make sure we would be 100% happy. During the installation, John kept us informed of the progress each day. The were true professionals in the installation, not cutting any corners and I have 100% confidence the job was done right. Furthermore, they left the room cleaner than when they arrived, which is always a plus :) They were better priced than any of the majors (Pella, Anderson) and Home Depot, but offer all the same products! 100% I would recommend them!

John and Greg were very patient in terms of the order process for new windows and doors. John ran through all the options in a systematic way. We replace nearly all of our windows and doors through Window Solutions Plus this summer. The installers were very respectful of the house, nice, quiet and cleaned up at the end of each day. We did replacement windows, but the trim damage was minimal and they replaced rotted trim. At the end of the installation, they made sure we knew how to operate and maintain the units. I would highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was great. I asked for a quote, and immediately spoke with John who sent me over some options. Wood, vinyl, and hybrid windows. After speaking with him and discussing my needs, he made some recommendations and came over with some samples. John was honest and actually talked me out of some upgrades that werent worth it. The team then kept me updated on delivery time frames and scheduling work. Greg would text me to see if I could squeeze in availability if they had an opening (there was a lot of rain days at the time, so things were a bit unpredictable). I very much appreciated all the outreach.Once the windows arrived and the work began, I was amazed on how smooth it went. I was a bit concerned since the windows were old, but they were done with all 9 windows in one day, and they functioned perfectly. We had one window that had a loose latch. John said he requested a whole new replacement, and they kept me up to date on when they were going to come back to swap it. I cant say enough about the communication and follow-up, which not very many contractors do.I will hire Windows Solutions Plus again for my next project (looking at some picture windows next), and suggest you get these guys to give you a quote when you are ready for a window project of your own.

Changing the windows in your entire home is a costly and stressful process. I decided to get a quote from Window Solutions Plus after trying Pella and Andersen. Very glad I did. Greg and John were patient, responsive and walked me through my various choices. I didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me but rather that they wanted a happy customer. We had our windows installed this past week and they look amazing! We went with fiberglass and replaced wooden windows that were falling apart. There was no mess and they finished our 26 window installation in 3 days. We are very happy and would highly recommend Window Solutions Plus.

This company is very good. One of the only vendor in the area that have all the major brands. This gives you a neutral evaluation of all the major brands. The other main point working with this vendor is that you are dealing directly with the owners. This saves you on the cost of the sales commission. This could be quite a bit of money. Overall positive experience and a company I would recommend to friends and family.

Their work was high quality, the installation process was so easy and painless (and this is with me having an entire house of windows replaced in the winter with two toddlers at home), the pricing was fair and the customer service is exceptional. Incredibly condescending! I had every measurement from every window and door in my house (and this included the frames removed so it was the exact rough openings). I had Pella come out to measure the door frames as well as an architect friend of mine.I had already priced out Pella sliding patio doors with the local hardware store but the price seemed expensive, so I wanted to speak with Greg to find an alternative manufacturer.He told me that he could not speak with me unless I sent him photos of my house. I sent him 3 full views. I also said that I wanted to use the original style of french doors and do not wish to change to the sliders.(1) He claimed that no one made the french doors with side lights that were my size of 102 (2) He claimed that my french doors have to be 96 wide and that my architect or contractor must be wrong in their measuring skills.(3) He then rambled on for over 23 minutes. Yes, 23, I kid you not ...about how he is a precision person and knows products of Marvin and Pella better than anyone. That was a bold claim but it didnt matter to me. I just needed for him to give me a price estimate (ball bark or exact)...I was open to anything really.I even invited him to come to my home which was 12 minutes from his sales office. he said he would only come if I was willing to email him the quote from the other Pella sales rep!I said that we should focus on another manufacturer to give me perspective. It was all a no go. He refused to deal with me unless I gave him the paperwork of his competitor! He then rambled on again about how he is great at his job and that no one knows more about products than him. This was getting strange and insulting to my time. I had serious interest in being a customer given his google ratings. But he would not hold a normal conversation.Lastly, he told me that he would give me pricing of one of the 4 or 5 Marvin products: Elevate, Ultimate, etc. He said they are all wood interiors but I will have to pick one and then he will help me. I asked which does he recommend. He then stated that he will not play that game. I do not know what he is even speaking of. he asked me to choose and I asked him then instead...what is the difference? he replied that they are just different and that is all. I do not even know how to respond to that logic or question. I was dumbfound. How can he ask me what I want and not explain even the slightest difference between the products: I need even a tiny starting point. Seriously already. he told me to call him back after i research the different Marvin lines and then tell him which one I want.I will not call be calling him. I am glad that I did not buy windows from him as I cant image what it would be like of one arrived broken or if there was a leak issue. No doubt he would just spend all my time again just chasing his tail and telling me how great he is at his job.He was a waste of time so be prepared for that. I hope he reads this and starts to respect the time of other customers and is able to focus on giving prices or meet or something. He was literally crazy and clearly off his meds. I hope he is on his meds should you try to use his company.

Being a stucco Tudor with metal-framed casement windows, it was no easy job and they exceeded expectations. In short, they completed the job on schedule, communicated effectively throughout the project (including daily updates), the staff were courteous and friendly, and they went above-and-beyond including covering my belongings with plastic and alerting me to issues caused by other contractors also working on my house. My wife and I could not be more pleased and our General Contractor was thoroughly impressed.

Windows Solutions Plus just finished replacing all the windows in our house. John came to the house with samples and was very helpful in showing us appropriate options. He and Greg also spent a fair amount of time figuring out the best way to replace a bay window in our kitchen, which was a combination of one fixed window and 2 casements.They were able to start the job earlier than expected and completed it in record time, with beautiful results. They covered the furniture and rugs and took down blinds before they started, cleaned up after the job was done, and disposed of the old windows and screens. I would definitely recommend them!

Window Solutions Plus is as good (or better) than all the positive reviews indicate. Johns initial comprehensive demonstration (sales pitch) to my wife and me was responsive to our concerns, as we were replacing 170-year old windows. While any new windows would be a functional improvement, no replacement windows would look as authentic as the originals. We were also concerned about potential damage or changes to our original, historic, and heavily-contoured window trim and framing. John eased our concerns and provided us with the personal attention and care that we needed. John and his crew installed our 14 Andersen Woodwright windows promptly, within days of manufacture and delivery, leaving all of our original trim and framing intact, as promised. He and his men were neat, clean, and respectful to our home, and they worked energetically, enthusiastically, and efficiently. Each room was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. John returned one week after installation (he had offered to return the very next business day, but my schedule couldnt accommodate that) when I requested some adjustments to the window blinds necessitated by our less-than-square window frames, and didnt leave until everything was as we wanted. Johns a gentleman, he responds immediately to calls, text, and emails, and he provides what he promises. Were thrilled with the result, and very glad we found Window Solutions Plus!

We had a great experience with John and Greg from Window Solutions Plus. We had them install Harvey Tribute replacement windows in 28 windows of our house. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and attentive to detail. At the end of every work day they cleaned up and left the house as if they werent even there. I would also get updates during the job as to how things were going and what windows would be tackled the following day. The service they provide goes above and beyond what you may get from a big box store. My only regret was not hiring them sooner!

Window Solutions helped us in all aspects of getting four new doors for our house. They worked with us from the beginning with different manufacturers, pointing out advantages and disadvantages, and helping us decide on the style, color, and type of doors best for us. This was great, as there are many choices, and they helped narrow the choices to make it easier. The installation was great! One door was a special order, but it arrived with the others, and the installation took less time than they had estimated. The price was very competitive, and we definitely felt we had exceptional service at a very reasonable price. We love the doors and loved the work! We had two sliding doors installed to replace old sliders. The entire process was very smooth, from first visit to explain options to instructions to prepare and the install. The work was done neatly and with attention to detail.

Window Solutions Plus recently replaced all the windows in our home. Their employees were professional, courtesy, and highly skilled. Each evening before they left, they cleaned up and vacuumed. The work started the Monday of Thanksgiving week and was done by early Friday afternoon as we had a dinner party scheduled for that Saturday. Our guests could not believe we had that amount of work done earlier in the week as the house was back in perfect order. Windows Solutions also has a sister company, Seamless Remodeling, which we hired to do painting for us after the windows were installed and they did an excellent. Windows Solutions provided a competitive vinyl Harvey window for replacing 7 windows at my home. John answered all my questions, maintained good dialogue for establishing the timeline for getting the job done.The 2 man crew performed the work in one day as planned. The finished work is so good one can barely tell that the interior window frames were opened, new windows installed and all original framing put back into place. They cleaned up everything after the job, nomtrace! The process was painless. The job was contracted at the end of April 2016 and performed at the end of May.

I cant say enough about my experience with WSP! I had 7 basement windows installed after a year long renovation on the house with another contractor. We didnt ask the other contractor to do the basement windows as we were not pleased with his other window work. My experience from beginning to end was smooth. WSP were willing to negotiate on costs, installed my basement windows weeks before I had expected, and the workmanship was impeccable! I was extremely pleased with how the windows turned out. The installer (Angelo) was meticulous when installing the windows, including the clean up. I was impressed that he spray foamed around the windows, and built custom frames around the inside of the windows, even thought hey were in an unfinished basement. I didnt really expect that. Dan was a pleasure to work with too. Patient and informative every step of the project. I HIGHLY recommend WSP to anyone looking to get new windows installed in their house. I only wish I had hired them to install all the other windows on the house, since my other contractor pretty much messed up every single window he installed!!! :(
