We used them last year for my son’s birthday party at a park and everything was great. They were there and all set up on time. Friendly throughout the whole process. I just looked them up again to hire for my daughter’s birthday and saw the bad reviews so thought I should share my very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend!!

Yes, Brittney and Matt. Husband and wife without same last name. Thank you for your dishonest post. You had no complaints until your husband claimed he had missing money and then blamed it on Bouncing grounds. Facts: Moonwalk delivered on time and set up. You signed a cash receipt for the amount paid. Our accounts balanced perfectly. You did say you would try to get revenge.

Dishonest employees. The communication was a nightmare the entire time. My husband gave them 60 extra dollars thinking it was a different amount. We didnt realize it until after they had picked up the moonwalk. As I signed the receipt I said oh great it was way less than I thought and the employee just smiled. We even tipped him! We had payed him while he was setting up. The employee was in such a hurry to get away before we noticed that he didnt even set up the moonwalk correctly and it collapsed when the 3 year olds got in it. They were terrified. The employee was late arriving and for pick up as well. When we contacted the company they told us there wasnt anything we could do because I signed a receipt for the original amount-that the employee didnt receive. He received much more. The owner then suggested in a condescending tone that we dropped that money or lost it because they had no issues with this employee in the past. I wouldnt suggest doing business with this company. I never will again.

Ok... first they showed up 3 hrs earlier then they were supposed to. Then they delivered our bouce house to another party. Finally got there at the last minute. Only to fail at setting up the bouce house properly. So my dad (grandpa) i found trying to adjust the straps sweating outside insisting it wasnt a big deal. The kicker* we accidentally over paid 60 dollars and did not receive back what we had over paid. 10 of that was tip and surely he didnt think 60 was...Apparently they didnt take card either. Now its no wonder the guy left in a hurry after we paid him. When i called to dispute the issue , a woman (owner) told me perhaps you dropped the extra 60 dollars 😐 after running to the ATM i even had my close friend count the money again before giving it to the driver. My wife while signing the sales receipt mentioned to the driver that it was cheaper than she thought and he said nothing and just smiled. All together this was terrible experience and i do not recommend. Not to mention after taking our additional 60 dollars and making us wait for hours .... Hopefully this helps anyone who considers having a hassle free experience. As if there isnt enough stuff goin on at your kids party, the last thing you need to be concerned with are dishonest people.
