Called to get an appointment for a consultation and the woman on the other end of the line was very short. I almost thought she hung up bc she didn’t say anything before putting me on hold. She said the first thing available was next month at 115 pm I asked her if she had anything else available at a later time during the day even if it was farther out and she quickly said no. Basically, take it or leave it. If this is how they treat new patients I don’t want to give my money to them at all. Get better front desk personnel.

I have never written a review on a Dr. or their staff but Dr Evans is the exception. From the very first appointment He really showed how much he cared. I have suffered from varicose veins for years and immediately was put at ease with him. He explained in detail how the procedure would work and left me feeling confidant that it was the right decision for me. Once the process started, because of his expertise and years of experience, he found another problem and quickly referred me to a specialist who corrected the problem.Dr. Evans is absolutely the BEST surgeon to consult with if you are also suffering with painful and unsightly veins. He is so easy to talk to,informative and has a great sense of humor.Thank you Dr. Evans and thanks to everyone on your staff for the level of attention, professionalism and care that you give to your patients!Franny W.

I had a lot of discomfort, pain, and superficial blood clots in my legs. I was diagnosed with severe reflux in both legs. I had the vein ablation procedure done on my right leg in July of 2017 & my left leg done December 2017. Because of a clotting issue, I ended up being that statistical 1 in 1000 patients with the complication of a DVT, in my right leg. Dr. Evans was so comforting and put my heart at ease, after some initial crying on my part. A DVT is nothing to take lightly and I was scared to death. Dr. Evans prescribed Eliquis and the DVT was completely gone in just 4 weeks! Of course the Lord had His part in that! I remained on the anticoagulant for 3 months as a preventative. I had parathyroid surgery (with Dr. Binns who also is at Vein Solutions) in October and had my left leg done in December.... no clot in that leg. :) I am doing so much better. My legs no longer swell and the discomfort and pain are gone. Both legs felt different while they healed. The right still has slight skin staining from the procedure, but its going away. No big deal. That leg also had more of the tight rope pulling sensation while healing than the left. The left leg had more bruising and swelling after the procedure, but no staining. So your healing process isnt going to be predictable. But the results are such a welcome relief! Dr. Evans retired at the end of December 2017. He will be sorely missed. If you have any vein issues, feel secure with this team. They are truly dedicated to your well being.
