We have used many services in the past and every time they overpromise and underdeliver. That was not the case here. They did a fantastic job and completed everything in half the time. We were very impressed.

This has been a great experience. From the very beginning they had someone come and look at my home and provide an exact price for the cost of the clean (to which they bring all their own equipment and supplies). They go over their cleaning strategy and what to expect after each visit and they include the tax in their estimate. They have someone from their company come and Inspect your home after the first cleaning to make sure everything is how they said it would be. The company is also easy to communicate with via phone or email. My house looks great and I’m so happy I stumbled On this company.

I have been using Cleaning Authority - Fort Bend since June 2015. They are Always on time, with a team of 2-3 women. They are efficient, doing and excellent job on my kitchen and bathrooms. I have both rugs and hardwood floors and I know, when they leave, both are thoroughly clean. I have used other cleaning services and individuals in the past. Cleaning Authority is the service I will continue to use. One added point. I usually have the same team in to clean each time. Because this is a larger company, when one of my team is not able to come, the company sends another person WITH someone that already knows how I like my house cleaned. I do not have to re-educate a team. To me that is a very valuable asset.

The girls always to a pretty good job. This time I was disappointed with the cleaning of my hardwood floor and did not discover it until after they left. They did not clean under the buffet in the formal dinning room and it was very obvious that it was missed. I did catch a couple of places they missed while they were still here and they took care of them quickly overall a good job.

We use this service for regular cleaning every 2 weeks. Today we had a Spring Clean aka deep clean. Great job. Staff is always friendly and work efficiently.

We have used this company on and off for years. They provide the best cleaning I have ever had, hands down. They come in pairs or even with several people each time, and because of that, they can clean to a level that an individual simply cannot do. They clean baseboards and shutters-- that kind of thing-- in their regular service by focusing on areas of concentration that they rotate each cleaning. All this in addition to the regular cleaning of the house. There is NO OTHER COMPANY I would consider using!

TCA is very professional, thorough, and fast. The ladies are on time and work together to clean in a very coordinated way. Ive been a customer for at least 3 years. Today I served by team #8, Julia and Ivonne G. Although the teams rotate I find they provide the same degree of professionalism and quality each time. They are trained well in this companys methods and it shows. I appreciate when the supervisor comes out to ensure the house is being properly cleaned.If I have a problem with a cleaning they have come out the next day and took care of it. A couple of times things have gotten damaged and they were fixed with no issues from the company. This is why I will stick with them. I absolutely will recommend this company, and I really like the service from Team # 8 (and all the teams).

Ive been with the Fort Bend Cleaning Authority for three years now and they do a great job. I personally have requested Joe and Bri come to clean up for us every two weeks. I trust that they will get the job done with a friendly attitude. Them being with the company this long tells you they care about their employees as well. They also have quality control that will stop by and check on the service to make sure things are done correctly. With Joe and Bri doing the job so long I have no worries.

Team 6 on July 27th 2020 was a team of three cleaners, who came early, worked really hard and when they finished, left us a really clean house!!! The rooms of focus were very impressively cleaned.

I would like to thank the cleaning authority for making my life so much easier. We are called and given the time as to the teams arrival. our team is Carissa, Shellie and Kaitlyn. They take about an hour and a half to clean the entire house. The house is divided up into various sections so they leave a sheet indicating which portion of the house they will be concentrating on each time they arrive. I like that so that I can move things out-of-the-way so that they can clean properly. As they are retrieving the house they take out their own equipment as they are leaving. Cleaning Authority🛁 provides all the equipment and you can provide the cleaning materials or liquids that you would like for them to use. Again as they are retreating they are down on their hands and knees wiping the floor by the doorway to be sure that there is no dirt at the doorway. This was our first encounter with The Cleaning Authority and I have nothing but good things to say. Drew Hilburn came out and inspected the house. I had just had surgery a week prior and he was great walking slowly at my pace for me. I received an email regarding everything we discussed and the contract we wanted in place the next day. We were home when Joe & Brianna Team 9 arrived, they were super friendly, introduced themselves with a smile to myself and my children. They were great around our dog who is very protective over our home and let him sniff each one to get familiar with them. We then left and came back roughly 3 hours later (they were just walking out of our house) and I have to say our house was spotless. They were efficient and hit every area they said they would.
