This company has some character and integrity issues. After giving me a precise quote, they kept calling back to say my cleaning may cost more money. I suggested that they come to my home to give me an accurate quote but they declined. They was much more concerned about quoting me a high price that may go higher. After questioning the integrity of the company and their motives, the conversation got really convoluted. We mutually agreed to part ways. Just be careful of possible scams.

I work for Dodson Property Management and we use Jeff and his team to get all our vacant houses ready for move-in. Not only do they do great work, they make the whole experience so easy! Theyre flexible, communicative and you can trust that theyll get it done the right way.

I am very disappointed with this company. My first time using this company and on the day of cleaning, I had very specific written instructions on where to leave the house key at the end of cleaning session. I wrote to leave the key inside the mailbox (secured and locked). She left it outside mailbox slot in a visible spot. Apparently, it is protocol for them to send out quality control supervisor - usually done at end of the cleaning session. I was not notified of this in any manner (nowhere stated in their policy either). A man shows up at my home four hours later, I get a security notification on my phone and see a man looking inside my house and using the key to try to get into my home. Cops were called and I was shaken up. My partner and I had to leave our jobs early to deal with this. I only received a call after this incident happened. I called next day to say I want to stop recurring service for now and they told me they will charge me an extra 46 dollars because it is a one time initial cleaning fee. Unbelievable. I fought this stating that Im stopping service because of an egregious error on their part. Went back and forth. They tried to negotiate, nickel and dime. Would never recommend for what I went through. Horrible customer service.EDIT: in response to your reply. Youre still charging me more for the cleaning in the end which is unwarranted since this is your companys error. I dont know how much clearer I can make it to leave the key inside the mailbox so a random individual doesnt walk into my house with the key. I apologized to the man because he is an employee and was doing what he was told to do, but isnt this managements responsibility to let the owner about your protocols/policies. All it had to take was one phone call. He did not have cleaning supplies. He had a reusable blue bag in his hand. When I told him to get out, he did not identify himself but took off. I dont know how else I was supposed to interpret this.

The management staff are excellent at communicating with you regarding your service -- from first quote to subsequent visits, rescheduling, etc. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job.
