Amazing experience overall. Windows are sparkling. Joshua even persevered through weird rainstorms all day. High recommend yall. Might take a while to get scheduled so proper prior planning required.

Joshua did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. He worked really hard late into the evening and gave me some recommendations about fixing one gutter that kind of sags and holds water.He was very communicative throughout the process and always kept me up to date leading up to my appointment. Overall I’m happy with the service done and I’ll probably reach out to him again in the future for gutter helmet installation and pressure washing.

Nothing more to say, other than Perfect Reflection is amazing. We have used them for 2 years, multiple times per year and they always impress us. Joshua came out and did gutter guards at a great price. They look amazing and he was done pretty quickly, our house took a day and a half because of some problem areas with our gutters that he had to fix first. That was all done at very minimal extra cost and he discussed it with us beforehand. Hes very responsive and even gave us a quote from pictures of the house online.

I called Perfect Reflection to get my widows cleaned on an investment property that I am about to put on the market. Joshua came the very next day and cleaned my windows and did a fantastic job. Great experience with Perfect Reflection today-excellent to communicate with before and during, and I have never seen our skylights so clean! Such a great value to never have to climb on our roof again-we will be regular customers from now on! I got home from work on Sunday night and noticed my front gutter was a little low but didn’t think too much about it. Next day I notice it was a lot lower than I thought. So I typed gutter repair into Google. And Perfect Reflections came up as one of my options. I saw they had 5 stars so I called. At first they said they were pretty slammed and won’t be able to help me for another 2 weeks. (Side note...I had forgotten to tell her that the gutter was in fact already falling) so I was like oh that won’t work, sorry I’ll have to find a different company. My gutter won’t last another 2 weeks and we were expecting another snow/ice storm. She said let me talk to my guy and see what we can do, give me an hour. 25 mins later she calls back and says we will be there in an hour. They came, they saw and they concurred. For a very fair price too. I most definitely recommend them!

I had Perfect Reflection come out two times. Once for gutter cleaning and once for window cleaning. Both times the work exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience with Perfect Refelction. I originally tried to set up an appointment, but couldn’t get anything to work with my schedule and the young lady I spoke to gave me many options and let me know that “they definitely wanted to earn my business”. I was given a quote and set up my gutter cleaning for when I was back from vacation. Josh gave me a call about 30 minutes before my schuelded appointment to let me know he was on the way. He arrived and introduced himself in a polite, professional manner. He let me know what his plans were in regards to the cleaning and even asked if there were any suggestions on where I would want him to start. I stayed outside while he worked and he was very personable and we talked the entire time (I consider that very important in regards to customer service). What really stood out is that since the appointment was at 4pm he did some of the work in the dark and did not complain one bit. The price quoted was the price paid and I was very satisfied. I plan to continue to use Josh and perfect reflections for their services going forward. Polite, professional, prompt, and affordable.
