Pure TRASH!!!! I worked ONE case, didnt like it and when I told them I wanted to go somewhere else, the supervisor Said it was fine, Ive been calling off and on since that day (10 months ago) and they keep saying theyll call me back with available days. I dont even know why I keep calling lol.This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL agency around, they all need a new job. They are awful!!! Dont waste your time with these people. Youll get one check (maybe) and they wont call you back or just give you the run around. 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

If I could, I wouldnt give them any stars. These people had me come over there, fill out apps and told me AMAZON wasnt hiring in the Christmas season. Then they tried to get me to do a warehouse job in East Henrico near Highlands springs over half an hour away. I did the drug test and orientation, at the Abacus building. They asked me to go to Orientation and the lady who put me on named Miss Donna was late. After all that I drove 30 min for nothing cuz they never put me on the schedule like they were supposed to. Every time I called the office the secretary girl would say Donnas on her lunchbreak or on the phone. I even called with different numbers using different names over the span of 3 hours for a week and each time she was at lunch. Why go to work if your not going to be passionate about your job? Dont ever waste your time with them if you need employment.

Awhful place , the front desk girl that sets up appointment doesnt give any info about the job or the company and I told her I would like to find out before I just come in and she beat around the bush and finally just hung up ,

Very unprofessional...gave me the run around for months...kept lying about waiting on my background check to come back...instead of just telling me I did not meet their criteria...every time I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told he was out of town and would not be in until the following Monday...and every Monday it was the same answer...went in to the state police office to see who had ordered a background check on me and abacus was not one of the agencies which means they basically discriminated against me...didnt really care that I did not fit with what the company was going for...just wish they wouldve been honest from the start instead of wasting my time and money having me run back and forth checking on the status of my application...then, on my last visit to their office, saw multiple employees complaining about their pay and hours not being accurate...glad they did pass on me...

Dont even deserve that star
