The team at ProMac went above and beyond. Our MacBook Air needed to be sent to the main Apple Repair center so it would be covered by our AppleCare insurance. Even though their fee for this repair would be very small, ProMac worked with Apple and to make that happen, followed up repeatedly with Apple while our computer was being looked at, and even loaned us a computer when the repair took Apple longer than predicted. I can’t say enough about Kelvin and his team. Their help was an absolute godsend!

I called for a time bring in my malfunctioning laptop and they took me the same day and fixed it within hours. This was my work laptop and i was on a project deadline. I never leave reviews, but Kelvin and his team are miracle workers who deserve a 5-star review. I had an ancient external hard drive that completely died and was told by a big box store that it would have to be sent out, they might not be able to recover anything and was going to cost $1K+. Enter ProMac who worked diligently to recover everything from my dead hard drive. I have no idea how they magically did it, but they recovered everything, in a very short amount of time and at a very reasonable price. These guys are worth every star of this 5-star review!

After doing some research on getting my MacBook screen fixed. I came across this shop. Went in last week and spoke with Kelvin Winston. He gave me a quote and also showed me the parts and price prior to him ordering. Went back in this morning and he had my screen and ram installed before lunch. Wish I could them more then 5 stars. I took my MacBook Air with a broken screen to them to see if they could fix it. They were able to provide a diagnosis within 24 hours and ordered the appropriate parts with a total turnaround time of 5 business days to get it fixed. They were extremely professional and friendly and if I ever need another repair, Ill be returning for sure.

I brought my MacBook Pro 2012 to have the keys changed. They managed to do it the same day even though they had to stay a little after. The customer service was great and it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I dropped off my 2012 MacBook Pro to have the power button replaced. I dropped the laptop off last Thursday morning. I received a telephone call confirming the diagnosis Thursday afternoon. I was informed the computer would be ready the following day. I picked up the computer this morning. It is working flawlessly. On a side note, Apple wanted to charge $458.00. Promac was much less than that. Great work performed by great people. I highly recommend them.

My hard drive crashed last night and I could not get it working. I searched through Google today and found Promac Computer Repair. I was so thankful the owner Kelvin was able to look at my laptop today. He was able retrieve my documents from my old hard drive and move them to my external hard drive. He also put in a new hard drive on my laptop. His work is beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The prices are great as well! The turnaround was much faster than other shops. It is really hard to find a good mechanic for your laptop and Im thankful I found one! Promac will get more of my business in the future!!!

Found this place online, went in to get my sisters laptop checked out...They addressed our problem quickly, and let us know directly about our laptops manufacturers defect and how it wasnt really worth it for us to get it fixed... Something I greatly appreciate was their honesty, they could have charged us for so many things... Also we somehow forgot our laptop mouse USB receiver and when we went back and couldnt find it.. They ended up giving us a new mouse, which they didnt have to, but they did, They are what most tech repair shops should be but sadly arent... Would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!

Responsive, knowledgeable, and fast! Kelvin and his team repaired an old laptop and was able to save some data I thought was long gone. Dropped off an old laptop and had it back two days later, good as new.

After going round and round with Promac and Secure data about the location of the hard drive sent to them, the drive was found and i was informed that all the data was pulled form it and was located on a thumb drive and it would be returned to me.After looking at the thumb drive, it has the same data that i could remove myself plugging the drive in myself with a Sata adapter to USB cable. The folder that i know is on this drive (can sometimes be seen in DOS) that i am after was not transferred to the thumb drive. I did get the hard drive returned to me and there was no charge for the attempt.

Had my Macbook pro repaired here for a total screen replacement and they had it done within a week and its good as new now.

Joe spent a long time attempting to do a data transfer from my laptop. He was exceptionally patient and talked me through any of the issues that arose. I took the laptop in during the morning and the job was done by lunchtime. I love the fact that its an independently owned business. I cant imagine Id have received one eighth of the customer service if Id gone to a big box store. I wasnt even charged a fee for diagnostics. I hope I dont have to come back (who wants to have a computer thats not working?) but if I do, I know where to go in the future.

They do not carry a lot of actual Mac products besides computers. Lots of basic adaptors but nothing that is Mac specific which is weird for a Mac based store. They have refered me to Best Buy several times so why not just go there.
