Awful, awful experience, my advice is to take your business elsewhere. After experiencing light water damage to my computer, I knew that some parts were still functional as it booted, but wasnt quite sure.After shopping around and calling different businesses, I was sold on GeeksOnSite as they promised onsite testing of my parts and thorough analysis. Thats not what happened.Tech came in, booted my computer ONCE, did a visual ocular patdown, then told me in confidence that my computer was dead. Not only that, but attempting to boot he told me to plug in every single peripheral (and graphics card), hint: you arent supposed to f***ing do that if youre trying to get a computer to boot.Oh, and the kicker, guess what Im writing this review on? THE SUPPOSEDLY DEAD COMPUTER.$130 later, Im with a perfectly functional computer that I fixed MYSELF and begging for a refund. They came at me with re-allocating the 30 minutes, I barely received 10 minutes of service! Thankfully I kept pushing and the best they could do was refunding the $30 Service Fee.Not only was the service extremely frustrating to experience, the refunding process left me feeling unheard, unjustified, and diminished.My advice - go somewhere where they actually give a f**k about you. Not this nickel and diming establishment.
