Alex helped me today by cleaning out the inside of my charging port that had lint built up in it. At first, it didnt appear to be the issue, but his thoroughness paid off. He also gave me a few tips on how to avoid this as well as prevent locking up my cell phone simply by how one keeps it the pocket. Who knew! While I didnt make a purchase today, his free assistance will bring me back for any other repair or accessory needs.

Im usually skeptical when I see only 5 star reviews for a place, but really, Experimax deserves every star. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer each and every question both me and my mother threw at him (thanks for being a champ, Justin). Also, the quality of service is worth the price (its very fairly priced). Does it beat the apple store? Definitely, especially if you have a model thats on the older side. All in all, definitely a good place to consider and check out.

Great service, quick, very forgiving. On the way out the door with my bosses phone I dropped it and RECRACKED the screen. My heart dropped but I brought it back in and they replaced it and the screen protector, no charge! They will give you an answer to all your questions and they are very friendly here! My phone was stolen, thrown out the window and ran over by a few cars. The guys at Experimac at the James Center brought it back to life and made it new. No scratches, dents or bruises!!!
