I went here to have my IPhone repaired. Brad and his team were awesome with quickly taking care of me. They throughly explained the process answering all of my questions. The service was much faster than I expected. I will always visit Computerology for my Apple product needs.

With all the craziness going on with shipping right now, Brad and his team was able receive my laptop, order the screen, and return it to me repaired in 3 days. It’s as good as new. Everyone there is nice and very informative. I will definitely consult Computerology for all my future repair needs.

I tried to DIY fix a chip in my 2019 macbook pro bezel that was created from a tiny crumb. During the replacement process dead pixels formed in the middle of my screen & the problem became worse LOL.The feeling of despair hit me. I googled frantically for a professional solution & found out I could either, go to official apple store to talk to the genius bar, or go to to an apple certified local shop to fix it.After price comparing & calling several shops I ended up choosing Computerology because out of all the options they were the most trustworthy, patient & to the point when asking questions through e-mail, over phone & in person. (They sounded more knowledgeable than the actual staff at the apple store) The reviews are real & Im glad I chose Computerology!They have apple certified staff members. Their shop is very clean & organized. The staff is very professional & compassionate.Its been a year since it being fix and my laptop still works good as new!God Bless the work yall do! Computerology and their entire staff are absolutely amazing. Walking into the establishment is an experience in itself. From check in to check out, I was treated with nothing but professionalism. I was without my computer for a very short while and received it back in pristine condition. The price is right AND you can use your Apple care warranty! I had an issue with my mid 2012 MacBook Pro after I upgraded to an SSD and maxed out my RAM to 16GB. All it needed was a new hard drive cable(more than I could do). I tried this new place and found out one of their associates used to work for another place I went that I liked so I figured I will try it out. Once I went in to take my MacBook, they were very professional and very helpful and my MacBook Pro is working perfectly as I am using it to type up this review right now. Thank you again Computerology. I will definitely be back :)

Max of 2 days without my laptop! if i would have gone to apple store i would have to wait for my reservation and maybe 5 days max, but this place was easier! walk ins are welcomed and they accept apple warranty so that was great! very nice people!
