They are really awesome. They do a really good job - very thorough - even little details like folding my kitchen towels neatly. I trust them and highly recommend them. :)

I’ve used a few house cleaners in Richmond and perfect cleaning is the best. Their prices are reasonable and their work is meticulous. They are incredibly thorough and standard cleaning includes baseboards, appliances, the inside of the microwave, and they even vacuum all of our upholstered furniture.

Horrible service they charged to separate cards of mine and still have not called me back rushed to clean my downstairs then wanted to argue with me on the phone have asked for manager to call me back and has not still. Do not recommend them alt all

We have recently moved to another state and it is going to be hard to find another company that will live up to this company. In addition they had great customer service. I purchased this cleaning service through Living Social earlier this year. The cleaning service itself was fine - not the best nor the worst Ive seen. They didnt do my bathtub, but they made my microwave glisten. Weird. I do not blame the team of maids they sent for the problems that followed. The extra star (I would give em 1 star) is for them.My daughter was in the NICU for two+ months. A kind friend gifted me a voucher for cleaning services through Perfect Cleaning so I could disinfect my home prior to my daughters homecoming. Perfect Cleaning refused to service my home, saying they had already redeemed a voucher at my address and the vouchers are limited to one per customer. They encouraged me to contact Living Social for a refund. I explained that the voucher was a gift - I could not get a refund for it. Their response? Too bad. On the phone, the manager simply kept repeating there is nothing we can do for you. There is nothing we can do for you. There is nothing we can do for you. And then hung up.In the fine print of the voucher it says limit one per household. I take this to mean that I cant buy multiple of that voucher whenever it comes up on Living Social. It does not say for new customers only. Nor did it explain they I must refuse a GIFT of a voucher if Id already happened to use their cleaning service. I contacted Living Social to see what sort of refund I could get for my friend (they were GREAT, by the way) and LS has now filed a complaint against this merchant in their system.I am a small business owner. I bend over backwards to accommodate dissatisfied customers. The customer service here was abysmal. There are plenty of other cleaning crews in town who would do an equally serviceable job while being more flexible and less rude. Id rather spend my dollars there, even if I have to spend a few more.
