This was our second team building event with Signature Teambuilding - both of which were done at the high ropes course at U of R. Greg takes the time to discuss desired outcomes when planning the event and stays engaged throughout the event to ensure those goals are met. Lessons in working together and problem solving were done on the ground and on the ropes resulting in participation by everyone (even those 9 months pregnant at the time!) Team members loved the challenge and the bonding that occurred from the event in 2013 and 2018. Highly recommend for any team wanting to increase camaraderie, problem solving skills, and challenging team members to push their own comfort zone boundaries.

The Challenge Discovery program exceeded our expectations. The program was unique and the perfect fit for a newer team that works across various global locations. The challenge activities were fun, provided skills the team can utilize as they work together, and enabled the team to break down barriers and build trust. Our team of sales associates had a wonderful experience. I knew the ropes course would be fun and challenging, but the thing I really appreciate was the field exercises. It really brought us together as a team. We were able to learn how to best communicate with one another through the exercises. The quick debrief after each exercise really helped our group focus on what our overall objectives were. Very enlightening and one of the best team events I have had the pleasure to participate in.

We had so much fun when Greg Huber came to facilitate our team building day! We are in MInnesota and never know what the weather will bring in September - the day was very hot and and humid and he accommodated us by having indoor and outdoor activities. Our team had a great time with this team building experience. Absolutely love Signature TeamBuilding! Greg spent 3 hours with our college students for a Challenge Discovery session at our most recent campus recruiting program. Weve incorporated this team building into our schedule for the past few years because the students LOVE it! Its a perfect mix of fun activities that are also challenging and teach participants new skills. Extremely inclusive of all students and Greg does a great job at engaging the whole group. Had Greg come in and lead two days with our team focusing on addressing leadership cooperation across geography and strategic thinking/leadership. He provided great exercises and the post activity conversation led to further conversation around application and desired outcomes. What an amazing training! King George County wanted to purchase a team building program different from the normal classroom training. We were so happy to be able to partner with Signature Teambuilding this year for one of our quarterly sales meetings. From the very beginning their customer service team was incredibly easy to work with- they went through all of the available programs that were offered and what would work best for our small group (about 12 people). As a smaller company we were thrilled that they have options for every size.
