I always brought my car here for years, but after this last time, never again. My car was having an electrical issue and needed full front brakes. The work should have been done in a timely manner. Instead what happened was they didnt actually change the battery that they charged me for, so my car broke down again in a grocery store parking lot less than an hour after I got it back. When we opened the hood, the old battery was still in the car and it was clear they hadnt even shifted the terminals, much less put a new battery in. It cost me even more money because I had to extend my rental car at the last minute to accommodate for having to have my car picked up and actually getting the battery. I dont know whether it happened due to dishonesty or incompetence, but neither speaks well. I wont be trusting them with my car anymore.

Living 40 miles away I needed to check this place out first before I bring my vehicle in for repair.I was greeted by Zach.Zach answered all my trick questions right.The business was very clean.Shop was clean.All employees seemed to work together well.Customers seemed cheerful.My vehicle is of the 90s and need many repairs to bring it up to par for my grandson.Im very satisfied with the atmosphere and being a disabled vet I need to feel that Im getting a qualified mechanic.All seems to be a go.They will get my business shortly.

This is the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with and I would not recomend them to my worst enemy! This is just my opinion, theyre the worst!!!

Seredni is honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. They can do most anything for your car and theyll fix it right. Might take 2 trips, but they do good work and you can trust them for most anything. Sometimes its a little more expensive than you expect, but then sometimes its a lot less. It really just depends on what needs to be fixed.For new tires, Seredni is one of the two places in Richmond that seem consistently less expensive than EVERYBODY else. The other is Bill Crumpton Tire and Auto, about a mile from Seredni, behind Krispy Kreme. In the past, I have gone to the warehouse club, assuming it would be the cheapest, or manually compared every freakin tire shop in Richmond. I have learned from experience to check Seredni and Crumpton and not waste time on the other guys.

I trust these people with my vehicle 100%. Very honest and good work. Very reasonable prices. As long as I live in RVA I will take my car to them and so should you.

To semi quote one of the funniest movies of all time The 40year old virgin. Im 40 years old and cant drive, however my significant other has been part of the Seredni/Goodyear family for 20yrs. In our 1yr relationship he has never come home complaining, he always looks forward to going to work (even on his days off) Ive referred several friends & theyve thanked me for doing so. Seredni treats its employees and customers like family. Oh the service is wonderful also.

The service was fast and the price for the oil change reasonable. But... if youre like me and take the Covid-19 pandemic seriously, this isnt the place for you. No masks on front desk employees who interact with customers. I wore my mask, then went outside to sit on a bench and wait.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. They take good care of you, they are honest about whats wrong, and they try to offer the best solution, without trying to get as much money as possible. Its rare to find a mechanic/auto shop that is this great, but I promise, these guys are great and worth checking out. Good overall experience. Flushed my radiator in the summer and topped me off for free 3 months later. Dropped my car off on a saturday for an oil change quick turnaround.

I called Seredni on a Saturday morning in August to get four tires replaced. They had the tires delivered and installed in under 2.5 hours. Then today I called because a nail was in my tire. They fit me in right away. This place provides the best customer service.

I got into my car and the low tire pressure light was on. I was five miles from this shop. I went in at 3 in the afternoon. I was a little distraught and they treated me with courtesy and professionalism. The hole was too big to fix but they put my spare on and ordered me a new tire. The new tire was there the next morning and I went back and they had me on the road quickly. I will definitely be back.

Very happy with the service we received. I had a broken exhaust pipe and a loose noisy heat shield. I took it in, they got it on the lift, gave me a fair quote, then did the repair while I waited. Actually ended up charging me less than their quote. Service was fast, friendly, competent, and very professional for a fair price. Ive been driving the car a week now; its working great, much quieter! I definitely recommend this place.

I really like the friendliness of the employees and mechanics here. Also, if you need a lawn mower tire changed, here is like the only shop that will do them.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Serednis on West Broad for the past 3+ years. We have 2 BMW’s (’06 and ’12), 1 Corvette (’93) and a Ford Escape (’06). Serednis always get our vehicles in right away and have them fixed the same day. They always get it fixed right the first time. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Great honest people here!!! Came here for an oil change and to have them look at my belts (since Firestone installed them incorrectly). I also told them the repairs that Firestone said were necessary for my car. They were honest and told me the repairs werent really necessary and that Firestone was just trying to suck money out of me. They told me exactly what was wrong with my belts as well. The oil change was very quick too! In and out in 30 mins!

Went for the Groupon oil change special. They didnt stop there. They looked over the whole car told me what I needed. They didnt try to sell me on it. Didnt try forcing anything on me. Excellent customer service.

After calling around to 12 (yes 12!!!) different shops for my state inspection I made my 13th call to Seredni on Broad Street and they said I could bring my car by and they would have it inspected immediately! The owner was at the front desk when I arrived and REALLY took care of me! They even put on my new VA plates saving my hubby the trouble. I added on an oil change and walked out spending waaaaayyy less than I anticipated. Truly the best experience Ive had to date with an auto mechanic shop and will be referring all of my friends and loved ones there.

The staff is great. This is a no bs kind of shop. I take my car in and they fix or maintenance whatever needs to be done without trying to sell me random crazy things. They offer a groupon for an oil change and tire rotation if i recall that saves you about $15-20.
