This is a nice and friendly business...in my opinion...I only went there to get an inspection. I was in there maybe 20min.tops they were very easy going with the inspection. Everyone I interacted with was nice and easy to talk to... felt like I was amongst family tbh...but like I said earlier I was only there for an inspection so....but overall my experience was great!

I took my car to Floyd’s for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They were also all wearing masks. When they realized my inspection was coming up, they called me to ask if I wanted them to do that as well. I would say they went above and beyond the typical service and I would definitely bring my car back.

Went for an inspection due to the auto place by me being closed for today my rejection was due to needing a new tire and a new high beam o had those replaced but when coming to this place of business they tell me I need to pay an extra $20 to clean my lights when that isn’t the problem and hasn’t been the problem and any other inspections. They just wanted to make an extra $20 and waste my time I’ll make sure to discourage everyone I can from coming here

Reasonably priced and excellent work done on my truck. Great experience every time with the two trucks I’ve had over the years.

Due to the convenient location I gave Floyds a chance. Although they were always polite enough, they fixed my AC, only for it to break again immediately after. Took it back and they fixed it again, same problem. Ive had multiple instances where I had to take it back twice because the fix wasnt done. Also their communication is awful, they never called when my car was ready. I would call them and theyd say Yup, all done! despite saying theyd reach out when it was done (like every other mechanic Ive ever been to).Bottom line is in my personal experience theyve had bad communication and done bad work. Just cant recommend these guys.

Went for an inspection, said I needed new brakes all around and that I had a caliper leak... took everything apart, brakes still have years of life and no leak. Went back and showed them the pads... they said oops and offered a free oil change. I dont want an oil change, I want the cost of the new pads I bought + a day of labor between getting the right parts, deconstructing, and reconstructing.

This isnt a bad review. This is a BUYER BEWARE!.Ive had a number of issues with Floyds over the years.One of the times my car was having trouble starting on a regular basis. They diagnosed it as the starter, fixed it, and we got a big bill. This didnt fix the issue so we brought it back in and they realized that it was some kind of inexpensive computer chip type issue which cost $50 to fix (parts+labor). Needless to say they wouldnt reimburse us for the work & parts which we didnt need on the 1st place.The latest issue I had with them was regarding my truck which was at the end of its life. Due to this I specifically asked Floyd to not do any work without quoting me first. If the bill was high I was going to trade it in (or sell it for scrap metal) and buy a new car. The next day I got a call from Floyd. He explained to me all the work/costs that would go into making the truck street worthy. I expected this, but was crossing my fingers for better news. However, when I told him No thanks. I guess Ill sell it as scrap metal he quickly told me that I owed him about $275. Apparently, he thought that he needed to do work on it before hand in order to get it into the service bay for further inspection. I let him that I wouldnt be paying this bill due to our previous conversation. However, my time is valuable so I ended up sucking it up and paying about 80% of this bill. He was firm.The above two issues are the largest, but not the only ones. And they played out over the course of maybe 2 years.I live within walking distance so the convenience of dropping my vehicle off at Floyds, walking home, and then back to pick it up is a huge luxury. I was my own worst enemy as crazy is repeating an action and being confused when you get the same result. After the first few interactions with Floyds I knew what I would get and yet I kept going back. I have a new car now so dont need it serviced as often, but when I do, I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be taking it to Floyds.

Took my car here to get fixed and the workers took cash and my gucci sun glasses from out my car. I will never return here to get anything done with my car the worst place to attend.

I told them what I needed done but they insisted that it was something else. After the repair that they insisted on did not fix the problem they still charged me full price to do what I asked them to do in the first place as well as the additional unnecessary work and parts. I do not think that the additional work was accidental and if it was then they need a new mechanic.This is my second bad experience with Mr. Floyd. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as a small business owner myself I try to suppprt local businesses.These ppl are VERY DISHONEST and I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Thought it would be great to support a local business. Did my state inspection here and was told I needed new break pads for $350. I got a second opinion and they told me my breaks were fine but my tag lights were out.... Really disappointed :-/

Great service and above all, honest pricing. I will definitely use them for all of my future vehicles repairs.
