They are very professional and always try to repair or replace parts economically. I don’t mind waiting for the special attention that is given to me and my Porsche. Now that I’ve found the perfect place I will never go anywhere else. I love them all !!! They even ordered my special tires and had them there the next day.

2016 Subaru WRX 6MT. During a road trip from Florida to New Hampshire the roads in Richmond killed my car. Hitting a pothole sent the driver rear axle out of the diff, limping around to find a shop destroyed my clutch, I’ve had better road trips. However I firmly believe that I ended up in one of the best shops in the country. They are genuinely nice guys, Jason the technician was kind enough to share his knowledge with a “YouTube certified mechanic” like myself. If I was local to the Richmond area I would break my car on purpose to bring it to these guys.

I recently purchased my dream car, a 2008 VW Beetle. Delta Vs pre-purchase inspection report was very detailed, and it was a big help in my purchase decision and negotiation. My car has just received a good tune-up from them. It handles and sounds so much better than before. A lot of its quirks, which I thought were due to it being an older car and unavoidable, are now gone. Their mechanics really know their stuff. They are booked up so I had to wait about a week to get my car in. Put on two new front tires and got an inspection. They found a torn axle boot, I guess during the inspection. They replaced inner and outer axle boot for $517. Some of my Porsche buddies thought that was steep but relative to what? Im sure it would have been way worse at the dealership. Boots were about $100 labor I guess was about $400.

You wont find a more competent (AND FRIENDLY) BMW shop anywhere in the area. I brought my ailing 6 series in needing a fix for a rather substantial oil leak and the infamous 100K smoking problem that these units have. I have rarely felt more accommodated than I did by Glenn, ONeil, Mike & Aiden at Delta V. They walk you through exactly what they are proposing for a fix, keep you informed with messages and images along the way, and 300 miles later have delivered work that runs flawlessly. BMWs are quirky vehicles and these true car guys know all of them. I had a slow leak in the right rear tire of my Boxster. They found a bolt in it and advised it should not be repaired. Glen took pictures and sent the to me, got a tire sent from Tire Rack under their Road Hazard warranty. It arrived Friday morning and I picked up the tire at 3 in the afternoon. A good shop, doing good work.

As usual, great service!I made an appointment for service, state inspection and was having trouble keeping battery charged on my Panamera. I didn’t mind waiting a couple days to get the car in because that told me that Glen and Ayden were still busy giving great service. I left the car overnight so they could get a fresh morning start. Shortly after they opened Ayden called to let me know my battery was a few years out of date. It is a special battery but Ayden was able to get one and finish all the other tasks as well and called me at 10:30 am to let me know the car was ready. Maybe it was all in my mind but the Panamera Turbo felt much peppier and “track ready” when I left! Thanks guys!

Very good experience here at Delta V, very professional service. I brought in my 1999 Toyota Solara in for a timing belt change and AC evaluation. The team was able cater to my needs as a customer without breaking my budget. Every step in the process was explained clearly, and I never felt pushed to purchase additional services.

I was able to get an appointment for my car’s scheduled maintenance and yearly inspection very fast. I was informed last year that I may need brakes on my next inspection and that came true. Glen’s son was able to get the parts for the Panamera Turbo and install them before the next day was done and at a very reasonable price. Once again “kudos” to Delta V!

I took my 79 VW bus in and the folks at Delta V did an excellent job. The bus is running great. The pricing was fair and reasonable and they were able to get more fixed on the bus than I was expecting.

I found Delta V when another shop in town couldnt figure out how to do a basic alignment on my car due to coilovers being installed with a mild lowered stance.....Delta V straighten everything out. Even though they charge a little more, they know what they are doing, they are a performance shop. They made a recommendation to replace tires, which was not news to me, so when the time came they got the job. Again, not the cheapest when it came to the tire install, but everything came out great. Even though they were down a tech, they were still able to turn the install in a few hours. Would recommend and will return!

When we were faced with a last minute, pre-road trip emergency with our 1989 VW Vanagon, the kind folks at DeltaV slipped us into their schedule on a Friday morning, made the necessary repair, and had us on the road by early that afternoon. They also noticed our overdue inspection, and took care of that as well. We will be back! UPDATE-second visit to Delta V Motor Sports, and we are just as pleased as the first time! Our van is driving like new! These guys have a passion for their work that is hard to find. They are our “VW guys”, for sure.

I had a complicated a/c issue that the dealership misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me a ton to “fix”. Delta v was determined to diagnose the issue and fix it. Wasn’t easy but they took care of it and did the work at a fair price. As a small business owner myself, these are the type of people you want to work with. They care about their work.

Another excellent service experience with Delta V this week. InJanuary they repaired and brought new stability to my VW GTI with new ball joints and an axel rod. This week, a standard oil change. With the reduced people out from the pandemic, I couldn’t find an Uber to get me back and they came to get me! I also got a write up for some suggested maintenance items that I’ll need to spread out over a few months. Great people and quality work, so far in my 2 years going there it’s always a good experience.I am incredibly picky on who can drive my car and protective of her - she’s in good hands with you. This is the second time back for us and they did not disappoint and took it one step further which is something they are spoiling me over. This time the plug from the oil pan was stripped out and I didnt know it. They had already done a detailed maintenance in changing almost all of the fluids and filters required for factory related maintenance. They found this issue and fixed it. A year ago I was literally ready to get rid of this car and now that I have found someone that I can trust and is reasonable in their pricing Im now looking at getting the old girl fixed up. Ive visited the Delta V team both here and at there last location in Scotts Addition. I appreciate how they dont talk down to me or act like Im a burden when I show up to discuss a repair. Delta V Motorsports did a nice job of addressing a fuel leak in my Vanagon by upgrading the fuel lines to a stronger type that seems like it will last longer then the normal OEM cloth-braided lines that have been replaced twice before. They had me back on the road quickly and I no longer have that gas smell

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about the folks at Delta V. After speaking to Glen, I had my 82 Westfalia towed 95 miles to their shop to fix a leaky transmission and engine seal. They also ended up replacing the clutch, fixing my leaky gas tank and rebuilt my entire shifter front to back and now my Westy shifts like hot butter!
