They were helpful with inquiry I called about.

We had Paul come out and repair a fridge for us. He was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was in and and out quickly with minimal interruption to our workday. Weve had no issues since.

Rather not say bad things

Paul took more than $300 from us to repair our washing machine, said a part was backordered, and then we never heard from him again. Weve called from 3 different phone numbers and been to his house, nothing.

He fixed the bake element on my stove told us he has to order the part from a place in Dayton, OH and the shipping cost was $20. I have checked several different place and even Lowes and the shipping on the part was no more than $7 on average. I dont like be lied to and will never use again.

This guy was a life saver when our freezer quit working!

Well this is my experience... Pauls service, was supposed to come fix my stove at the time we scheduled to... BUT never showed up or called... Very disappointed.
