I hired GRS to replace my main water and sewer lines, and they did a great job. They were prompt and reliable. They were there the day after I called to give me an estimate, and when I hired them, they scheduled the job quickly. Vince and his crew were there when they said they would be, and worked diligently to complete the job as quickly as possible. Vince is knowledgeable, honest, and efficient! He also communicated clearly what to expect (how long the job would take, how much it would cost, what the end result would be etc.). Courtney in the office was courteous, and a pleasure to deal with! She called and gave me daily updates, making sure I knew what was going on, and what to expect next. They finished the job in a timely manner, and caused us as little disruption as possible. They also kept our house clean when they went in and out, and our yard looked good when they finished the job. They put it back together neatly, and even rinsed the dirt off of the driveway and sidewalk. This is a great company, and wonderful people!! They made something that is quite stressful as easy as it could possibly be. I highly recommend them!

GRS Plumbing was a great experience from start to finish. The lady I spoke to on the phone was responsive, and knowledgeable. The fellas came out to give me an estimate prior to their lunch, and where prompt. I accepted the estimate via. email shortly after. And within an hour and a half there was a really nice fella by the name of Michael here ready to get under my house and install the hose bib. Service cost was right, and all around I will be using GRS in the future! Dont even hesitate when choosing to call GRS!

It was my first time using GRS plumbing, and it will not be my last. The tech Michael actually showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. He was very professional and explained everything he had to do in replacing my water heater and a defected pipe. I was very happy with the job done, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, it was refreshing not having to clean up behind him, since he took care of it all.

My initial experience with GRS Plumbing was a number of years ago when I called on them to correct some botched work by another contractor. I expected some long, messy repairs, but GRS corrected the problems quickly and efficiently. Since then I have called on GRS to install toilets (best ones ever), clean dryer exhaust vents, and diagnose the cause of a foreboding dripping like sound from inside the house walls. The sound turned out to be the natural ticking caused by the expansion of pipes when hot water is draining. In every case I have received, at very reasonable cost, prompt, courteous, and professional service from my initial call to their receptionist, Courtney, to the completion of the job. I give GRS Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Called with a small issue that couldve turned into a big one. They called before the tech came out. EARLY! Before the appointment time!! (Had problems with most plumbers being 4-5 hours late before) Simply amazing promptness and professionalism. Suggested a septic pump before digging into the plumbing. It worked! Gary installed a tankless water heater. When the county inspector came and was told he installed it, he said Gary always does excellent work and left. I agree. I will always call the GRS team for help.

I had a great experience with GRS Plumbing. Courtney is the nerve center of the company and organizes, assigns the appointments. She is a pleasure to communicate with, very sweet and efficient. I needed to replace my two toilets bought them on-line at my local Lowes store. GRS picked up the toilets at Lowes and brought them to my house and did the replacement. Michael was the plumber installing the toilets. He was very efficient and had a great personality. This is definitely a great company. Courtney even recommended which toilet manufacturer to purchase, and I was very satisfied with that recommendation.

I cant remember the name of the young man who came over. But, I can tell you, being on time or, even rather early is a big plus for me. I had several questions and he answered everyone of them. He gave me the best price to do the job (which it was the reason I called them). He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very fast even though he had to go into the crawl space. I wish I remember his name. But no matter, next time I will use them again.

I was very impressed with this company. Their service was outstanding. They were punctual with the time that was set. They identified the problem right away and was very expedient in getting the problem fixed. I expected a couple of days for the problem to be fixed and it was only a couple of hours. I called GRS when I had a clogged drain at my mother’s residence. Due to me leaving town in a few hours, I was in a hurry for service. But at the time of the call they did not have a technician available. In the meantime, I was able to get the drain unclogged. Since Courtney with GRS, knew my circumstance and time constraints, GRS did contact me later and was still attempting to get a technician for my problem. In my experience, most companies completely forget about people after the phone is hung up. However, this is not so with GRS. GRS was so helpful in our home renovation. They were upfront and honest about the labor and work entailed as well as the cost. We had a few options for our job and they were honest in which option they would choose. Even though we didn’t want to spend the money, a complete replumb was what we needed and fixed ALL of our problems. They even gave us advice on our gas line and heating unit. We have been so pleased with their service and could not ask for any better.
