I usually dont get my eyebrows done here, but I didnt have the time to go my usual place so went to them. They messed up my eyebrows completely. The lady blamed the unevenness on the person who did my eyebrows previously. The manicure experience was not great for the money either. The water for soaking was completely cold. I mean at least make a little effort when you charge so much. I dont think I will visit this place again.

My mom and I have been to this place a couple times for pedicures and we both love it! Ann is the absolute BEST!!! Always friendly good attitude and very professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience! All the staff is great! Highly recommend you come here and ask for Ann, you wont regret it!

Set an appointment the week prior. Walked in and remembered who I was. Was placed with two technicians but I only remember Cheyenne name. They were both incredibly nice and so so gentle with my hands and feet. I got additional services and felt no pressure to purchase them. I think I found my pedicure lady because OMG she was so good!!! My feet and legs are so smooth and my nails are cute cute! Definitely ask for Cheyenne to do your nails. She knows what shes doing!

I went for my birthday. Took my daughter. The overall service quality was not great. I got two pedicures, a manicure, and a facial. I spent over $200 and tipped well. However, there were many issues I didn’t care for.The services were all rushed. My gel manicure was very rushed, and the male technician did three coats on one hand, and two coats on the other. I corrected him on the glitter nail since that was obvious but he didn’t seem to care.I got my brows waxed and the woman missed my shape completely( usually don’t trust anyone on my eyebrows so it’s my own fault)I also received a facial, which I wanted the $35 facial promoted online, but was told my only options was the $60 facial. I picked the $60 one and asked for the time.My facial was 40 minutes long. The tools must’ve been dirty as well because my face broke out a day later. I’ve never had that issueUltimately I would not spend my money here again. I was given subpar service when I’ve paid similar prices and got more value, better massages, actual hot water in the pedicure tub, etc.Also, they asked me three times if I wanted a drink and NEVER brought it. Very disappointed, this place would be ideal if the work was nice, and my experience was better.Lastly, after spending $200 plus good tips( for the four employees) I was CHARGED $35 two weeks later because they claimed they forgot to charge me the proper total.I received no call, email, or anything to let me know I’d be receiving this charge....Very rude staff, rushed work, and bad customer service.Even with the poor service I was not going to leave a negative review, and just decided I would come back.BUT they charged my card TWO WEEKS after the fact. I think it’s only fair to let everyone know what they are getting into...M Spa and Beauty Nails is a great alternative and not more than 4 minutes away! Or Foxy Nails across the street.

Always get good, friendly services. Pedicures are a dream and nails are great. I visit my daughter often and we always make this a mandatory stop!

I got a gel manicure to help grow out my nails and the discoloring happened a few hours afterwards. Super embarrassed of the outcome, but will not ever plan to come here again.

I came here because I was close by, and I completely regret it. I should have just drove to my regular salon. She kept burning me with the file, and I have a bunch of little cuts now. If you prefer you nails to look even. I wouldn’t suggest this place.

Friendly service except a little hassle for not having an appointment since I was using a Groupon and pressure to get extras. I used a Groupon plus paid $15 extra for tips and ombre. Turned out ok, not perfectly even but still pretty. A bit pricey even with a Groupon. Hope they last, just got it done yesterday.

Me and boyfriend went in about 45 mins before closing, he was started on immediately for his pedicure and they finished his quickly. They started my dip nails and the guy did okay, shape wasnt consistent. The girl that did my pedicure did it within 15minutes. Neither mine or bf got the full experience of our pedicure, very disappointed with the service.

They have poor sanitation procedures. About halfway during my pedicure the lady popped the drain and tried to drain the water which was absolutely gross since I was still getting worked on. They failed to massage my calfs and feet, what I got instead was lotion spread on my feet and they never applied the cooling gel. And to make things worse I got a paronychia from them. So over all, stay clear from here because they suck.

Nice selection of luxury pedicures. New, fancy massage chairs that really work! We got hot stone and paraffin treatments, and it was super relaxing. My pedicurist went above and beyond and fixed an ingrown toenail -- very gentle, thorough, and relaxing. Would recommend!

Lets start out with the atmosphere when you first walk in the door. Two words: Modern and Clean. I cant emphasize enough on how clean and sanitary they keep this spa. We all enjoy things that we dont normally experience or use daily right? From the spa chairs, to the endless choices of polish, gel, and dipping powder, I have tried them all. Most importantly, you need experienced techs to do what you ask for, the way YOU want. What I asked to be done the first time I was there, they do exactly that and it has not changed since. Excellent customer service from time in to the time out, but youll find that out for yourself when you check them out.

When I first started coming here about 6 months ago I was very pleased. I get gel mani’s Over the last few months my thick strong nails are now like tissue paper. They started using the drill to remove the gel polish which Also took off the top layer of my nails. When I went back the other day to only get the gel removed the gal drilled ruts in my nails. They are a mess. I won’t be back.

I went to get a fresh gel full set and gel on my toes. I’m so happy I did NOT tip! Once they were done the surface of my nails were uneven and lumpy. Even one of my toe nails. It’s been about 3 or 4 days and I’m missing 4 NAILS ALREADY, the acrylic is weak, one nail broke when I turned on the vacuum cleaner. Another broke playing pool. This is unbelievable. I will never be back.

The man who did my acrylics was fast and sloppy. Inconsistent shape, no attention to detail. The polish job was bad... I noticed and asked him to clean up the edges and he did that quickly and poorly too. Then he put the top coat on all ten of my fingers in about five seconds. I went home and removed the polish and re-did it myself. The lady who did my pedicure and brow wax was great which is why I’m giving any stars at all, but I won’t be back.

Quick and friendly service. My pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. That is the highest compliment I can make with my overly sensitive feet. My nails look great and my skin feels rejuvenated. I will be back again and again

Nice clean place but less than consistent results. I’ve been several times and just not happy overall. Just sloppy work. She trimmed one big toe but not the other and it has a strange shape and all the nails on one foot are longer than the other foot. Also, I usually really enjoy the leg and foot massage but this was a joke. She was too busy talking to her fellow employee and barely went through the motions. Even at the reasonable price not a good value. Will not be going back.

Great pedicure with wax treatment. Massage chair great to work out know on my shoulder and back. Very clean and bright salon. My daughter and I are repeat customers and will come back again.

Just had an excellent pedicure. It had been nearly a year since my last one - too busy at work and traveling too much. I was so ashamed at how bad my feet looked and felt (too much dry skin!!) that I had to find the time to go. Arrived at 11 on a weekday and was seated immediately. The atmosphere is clean and quiet, with new chairs and the shelves of polish were orderly. The tech was cordial and allowed me to relax. She was very skilled and had the right amount of pressure in her massage. I will return in about a month because of the very relaxing, pleasurable experience.

I absolutely hate getting my nails done, but I honestly had such a great experience here! Most places are really annoying about getting gel nails because its more expensive, but my nail tech only offered it to me once and stopped when I said that I definitely didnt want it. Also he did my nails PERFECTLY! I wanted coffin nails and was hesitant that he wouldnt do it how I wanted since Ive had nail techs do it poorly in the past, but I was so happy with the results. Everyone was complimenting me on my nails. Not to mention, their customer service is great. My nail tech offered me a drink of my choice before getting started and made any corrections I asked. And prices are very reasonable! Definitely will be coming back here in the future. Ask for Dan! Hes a perfectionist and will do your nails exactly how you want it.

It was my first time there, and they were very nice and hospitable. I left feeling relaxed. They did a great job on my pedicure and eye brow waxing. I will definitely be returning!

After a bad experience at other nail salon I stopped by Nail Luna by chance. What a great time! Ly was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely come again!

Reduced rating to 1 star.2.5 hours for regular pedicure and gel polish due to poor time management of staff. I was told to use massage chair and watch movie not asked, not offered a second water.1) 3 technicians start, and stopped, and restarted my manicure.2) the pedicure technician, per Ly, could not do my pedicure which made me question if all of the technicians have state licenses.3) The (pedicure) color the technician chose to match my selected gel polish - it did not match.3a) Issue was a store organization error- K41 sample did not match the polish labeled 41...so this was the first issue with matching colors.3b) Ly presented me a maroon red (warm) to match my (cool) eggplant polish.The dialogue between the two techs resulted in he actually finishing my pedicure (with 2 coat and top coat). Very sloppy application that was cleaned up with brush.Two more color presentations later, she found a color that was a close approximation to the color the first tech essentially assign to me.4) I HAD to request nail shaping. It was obvious not done. I am not accustomed to telling a professional chow to do their jobAfter paying, and tipping because its what I do, I received an apology.I will not be returning.Photo of colors the technician matched are posted.

Poor customer service, very rough nail technicians, and low quality end results. I got a full set and it barely lasted 4 days. I work an office job with little to no rough handling on my nails so this easily should have lasted longer.

All I wanted was a shellac paint. Online says $20 but there they charged me $25. Received a mediocre job. He attempted to file my nails but that did nothing. Then 4 days later I start getting dark spots on all my nails. I’ve had plenty of experience with other nail salons w multiple shades of color and never seen this. Not sure what it means.. unfortunately won’t be going back :/

Linda is amazing and sweet! I always make sure that she takes care of me. Also like that she gives me tips on taking care of my cuticles at home. Just note that they are a bit overpriced so I stop by every so often.

Had a standard manicure. They pressured me to upgrade to gel color, but I wasnt interested. Woman working on my nails did a very sloppy job. Her first try at shaping my nails was very bad, they were all slanted instead of having a straight, squared tip. Her second attempt was only a little better. Then her polish application was very poor and clumpy. She went back over too many times and they just looked messy. I ended up smudging the paint on two of the nails almost 3 hours later because the layers of paint never set.Im also not sure they really sterilize the tools. They bring them out in the sterilization bags, but the colored arrows that indicate that sterilization has occurred were not the correct color.I will definitely be finding a new salon in the future.

After having a bad experience with deluxe nail in Richardson. My friend take me to nail lua and they did a whole new set on my nail and toes polish ... now it been almost 2 weeks, my nail still looks good..

My pedicure was fantastic! For my hands I had just a shellac color change done as I was on a time constraint (lunch break from work right around the corner) I did mention to them when I first walked in I was on my lunch and asked if they could do it in under an hour and was told yes. Overall the nails took a little over an hour, but she did a good job on them. I did also ask for almond nail shaping and was given square but with my time constraint I did not ask her to correct it. I would go back again when I am not in a hurry; they have several manicure and pedicure options that looked delightful.

Good customer service, but horrible nail quality. My friend and I visited this nail salon for the first time on this past Friday evening. I kid you not, the next morning, my friend cracked her nail as she was changing clothes. Then later on that day, as I was opening my gas tank, one of my nails broke in half. This is awful. I have never experience nail breakage this soon. Will be returning to my nail salon in Duncanville. I feel like we basically just handed them money for nothing.

Sherly is AMAZING and always does a FABULOUS job on my nails (pink and white gel powder) and on my hot stone and paraffin wax NuSkin Pedicure. I always leave looking AND feeling like a new woman! The location is beautiful and VERY clean and everyone always provides me with excellent service and warm friendly smiles. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I came to this place and drove from West Plano because of their “Groupon Special.” When I arrived, the lady said that the Groupon was by appointment only and I explained that I didn’t realize that. I asked if I could make an appointment and she told me they couldn’t schedule and I would have to call and she asked me to leave. I was not irrate, I didn’t have an attitude I politely left. Also I got in at 5:15 and they closed at 7:30. But I did notice that the next lady that walked in was welcomed and helped. Not sure what the deal was, nonetheless, I felt the need to share.

I gave this place 5 stars because they always have amazing service and such an amazing and kind staff!

Larger nail salon with about a dozen nail stations. Very clean and bright and nicely decorated. They have great ventilation because there was no nail polish smell!

First time trying out this nail salon and it was the worst experience! I got my nails done on the 1st of June. About a week later one of my fake nails fell off then through the next week 3 more fell off. I called today June 14 about having them replaced and the lady told me to come in. Once I got there she told me they were going to charge me $30 for new ones. It wasn’t my fault they fell off so why do I need to pay? I’ve been to other ones and they always replace them free. Never coming here again.

Worst nail spa! Had a full set, pedicure and eyelash extensions... My eyelashes are already off and it’s been only 4 hours they are suppose to last at least a week. My pedicure that I paid $50 for lasted 20 min! And my nail is already lifting! They over charged my card by $18 and when I called I was hung up on! Never again!

I came in with my Groupon for me and my daughter and the lady in charge said we needed an appointment since she didn’t have anyone available. It was on a Sunday at 10 am and most of her staff wasnt even busy with a costumer. I told her it was fine I’ll make an appointment but miraculously she all of a sudden had ppl available for my daughter to get a manicure and for me to get a manicure and pedicure. She kept asking if I had already paid on Groupon and I kept telling her yes! If she doesn’t like the deal she’s offering she shouldn’t have it on Groupon. Nowhere at the salon or on Groupon does it say you need to make an appointment first and all the people that came in after us were all walking and she never asked anyone if they had an appointment. I gave this place 3 starts because unlike her, her staff is super friendly!

Had a dip powder manicure today..it’s a manicure for name sake and didn’t include any clean up but got charged $35 and person who did my nails did a sloppy job she couldn’t even shape them properly,while trying to shape properly she has made my nails way too short.she couldn’t understand simple English and speaks in her languages To next person whenever I request her to shape something.Don’t know whether she is abusing me or asking him to translate.i felt more of as she is abusing me and finally they got wrong nail color and she wouldn’t accept it.it was way too darker than what I selected.not coming to this place again.it would be better if they atleast tried to do nice service.

I recently took my little girl here to get her nails done and mine too. When we got there the store is big and very nice display, decours and beautiful furnitures , they gave me a sample nail colors to pick which color i wanted , the nail technicians were so kind and polite , my little girl love her nails , I have found my new nail salon spot.

I had a very bad experience with my nails today. The guy who did my manicure didnt do a good job, its like he just wanted to finish the job without having a serious interest in his job. My nails are out of shape and looking stupidly done. He applied a drop of lotion in one hand and a drop of oil in another hand with a smile, heeeheee, I will massage ur hand. My nails look half round half out of shap. Now looking at my skin I see uneven cut, skin damaged. Yes I have small nails but that doesnt mean I get ugly manicure. They however tried to fix the problem by applying many layers of color without having to think that many layers will peel in no time, actually the color is already running down and the one in my left toe is already ruined, What a waste of money. On top of that, every time I tell them to get the color fix, they start talking to each other in their own language. Sorry u have done a bad job today. U need to improve ur customer service, please.

Im new to the area and found this shop. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 16 and Im now 42. I now get Nexgen.The guy complained I made him work too hard because both ring fingers were different from the other 8. Less than a week later my nail cracked all the way through my nail. I went back and he charged me 3 dollars to fix just for it to crack in the exact same place. Now they are all lifting or cracking when I didnt have these issues before. The shop across the street fixed it AND gave me knowledge on products etc. I will not suggest this shop nor ever return.
