Everyone at Network Depot is responsive, professional, and quick to follow up to ensure the job is done well. Most recently, when a staff laptop began experiencing issues with Windows loading, the team at Network Depot promptly called to troubleshoot, sent a courier same day to pick up the laptop, and followed up regularly over the next day as the computer was repaired. It is a relief that we can trust Network Depot to handle regular IT needs, as well as emergencies like this, allowing us to remain focused on our mission and our families!

Red Team Consulting has worked with Network Depot since 2014 and weve been very happy with their services since. They respond quickly to your tickets, are knowledgeable and fun to work with! Its also convenient for us b/c they are located right around the corner from our office, so if I need something, they are close by!

This company used to be really great, but lately the quality has drastically declined. It takes them three days to get back to you regarding a simple issue (they used to get back to you that day or the very next at the latest). If they miss you, they then say its up to you to contact them - which begins a cycle of email tag of trying to get your issue fixed. Some of them are very professional and good at their jobs; most do not pay enough attention to detail or perform their jobs in a timely manner. It is regarded as a relatively inexpensive company; however, the company I work for pays way too much for them to give this sort of service. Id say spend more and get better service elsewhere.

Network Depot has been our IT provider (Progressive Nursing Staffers) for the last 2 years. We met with several IT vendors before signing a contract with them and have never regretted our decision. They are knowledgeable, honest and deliver EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its not very often we have IT problems, but when we do they are quick to respond. If you or someone you know are in search of an IT company, I would highly recommend this team.

The Alliance of Community Health Plans has worked with Network Depot since 2014. A dedicated tech person comes in weekly, however, anyone is able to help us in a pinch and all techs know our set up. We have our tech struggles, but Network Depot is committed to fixing our issues. I recommend them to any company.
