Our company has used this service for several years, and they consistently take great care of us. Just this last weekend during the snow storm, we had an urgent need and they arrived quickly, had a solid plan, and got the job done when I wasnt sure it was possible. Excellent, top notch service and quality is what you can expect from them!

Alright, Ive done all manner of business with this shop. Ive had my car towed by them 3 times, theyve towed me away once (i deserved it), and Ive even junked a car with them for cash. Always stand up folks. Seriously, theyve helped me out. I just called to ask a question about where to get my jeep repaired, and a nice fellow was happy to help. Really, a good business. Dont let these haters that got their car towed for a good reason be a factor in your decision.I cant imagine many tow companies that contract with the city have all that great of reviews anyways, but theyve done right by me.

I just wanted to say how incredible these guys are! I was with my friend at Safeway and when we were ready to leave the battery was dead in the car.... And we had no jumper cables! Argh! I started asking other people in the Parking lot if they had cables but I was having no luck, and a nice young man pulled up next to us and asked if we needed any help! We asked if he had cables and in under 5 minutes we were on our way! It wasnt until we were leaving that he mentioned if we needed anything else or if we ever needed help again that his family owns a towing company and we should call them! Im incredibly impressed and honestly this experience will be one I wont forget! He went out of his way to help us, purely out of the kindness of his heart!

Ive had three experiences with these guys.The first, we sold my boyfriends dead Honda to them. They picked it up and gave us some cash. No problem.The second experience, they had some guy whod buy cars from their auctions using their lot to sell the cars to inspecting victims... I needed a car really bad and had never purchased one before. I saw a 82 Toyota Celica for $500. We came in talked with the guy. I had my friend who had more experience with cars take it for a test drive. We bought it. The next day when I went to go get the title changed over, the steering wheel popped off in the middle of an intersection! Apparently they dont know about lemon laws. I called them up extremely mad. They acted like I had no right to be mad and my boyfriend (or should I say ex-boyfriend) kept telling me to calm down.... Anyway, they sent the guy out, he zip-tied the steering wheel on and went about his business. Everybody at this time acted like I had no rights, I had thought differently and took the car to my brother-in-law, who gave me a list of things that were wrong with it. All I knew before was what I could see and the guy told me nothing (there are buyer beware laws...). Unfortunately, I knew they had done wrong but I wasnt exactly sure how to go about taking of this. So Im just warning everyone else now.My third experience, a truck I was borrowing broke down about 3 min. away from their shop, which was about 5 min away from where I lived. The cops called them to come get my vehicle. They took, maybe 10-15 minutes (no complaints there) drove me the under 10 minute drive home and charged me over $150 for a $50 tow (that any other place would have charged). The driver was friendly though.

Got my car towed from my apartment complex between 4 AM and 8 AM this morning. I woke up to go to the store and my car was simply gone. I called them up and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her if my car was there and she said Yep we have it thatll be ALMOST $300! to get it before 5 today and hung up on me. I didnt even get to ask for an address to pick my car up! My car has been there for all of a couple of hours, $300, I was hung up on, awful experience.

I have to say even when bad things happen cant believe how nice a company can be. I was in a accident and the driver James came out and towed my car and even took me home. When I came in to get my things out of the car he even asked how I was feeling. Such a nice guy thank you for the great service.

The dispatcher lady is very rude, unprofessional, and will hang up on you without hesitation. The priced to remove a car from their lot changed multiple time within 2 hours, $300 up to $400.

I went to talk to the man towing my car he didnt even roll down the window and ignored me. Horrible service and unproffesional

I call these folks up and within the hour like the dispatcher said! Driver was awesome!

Worst service from the phone operator and totally unprofessional. The lady was totally rude and made the whole experience bad.

Essentially a legal form of extortion. They take property that isnt theirs, hold it hostage and pile on fee after fee after fee. If I could rate these folks at ZERO stars I would.

These guys are a pure profit company, they patrol around low income areas/apartments and have no emphaty for people

Worst service by the female operator hangs up on you damages the vehicle and won’t take the steps to fix their mistake will be taking them to court over their actions hope she gets fired for her horriable customer service will be telling everyone not to come here !!!
