My experience at this store was terrible. The store manager Shawn acted as if he worked directly for Verizon and that he was informing me correctly vs a different store I went to. All for him to not port my numbers correctly, for him to over charge me for phones by 110 dollars each and for him to set me up on plans that did not give me the promotion that I was promised. When I was trying to read the fine print on things he automatically accepted it for me. I would not recommend this store to anyone. It is a big scam. Highly left unsatisfied.

I came in to switch over from AT&T and Shawn the manager went over and beyond with assistance! Not only did he stay after close to make sure everything was transferred over but he was patient with every step! I couldn’t be more thankful for his help, good conversation for the three hours I was there and making the process smoothly! Thank you Shawn!!!!!! You rock!

Shawn was a tremendous help. I went in to upgrade my phone and Shawn was the only one working and had quite a few customers. Being busy didnt deter Shawn from offering great customer service, and in fact all of us got talking and had a great time as we waited for our various device upgrades. Shawn treated us like friends, and the whole experience was fantastic. He was also very knowledgeable about the products he offered and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend coming here for your wireless needs. A+++

I switched my wireless service from AT&T to Verizon 3 months ago. I regret this decision every day! What Shawn promised me about promotions and my bill amount never happened. I still don’t even have access to my account. When I came to the store to find out about my bills I found a lot of mistakes and every month they bill different amount. Moreover My first day of service March 29th. However I have a first bill for March 1 till March 28 for 230$! Mistakes happens, but what is really the worst that Shawn tried to prove me that it is normal! Unprofessional service and attitude to the new customers. Do not recommend this store!

The salesperson did not have the glass shield for my older phone but he offered a liquid glass for my S9 which is stronger to protect my phone. He installed it quickly. I was pleased he did not try to cell me a new upgraded phone as I dont need to upgrade or spend more money. His service was great. He found a pop up holder for my tablet too

The service was amazing. Picked my new phone, found a promotion I qualified for, quickly set up everything. When the information wouldn’t transfer from one phone to another he provided a work around and spent so much more time trying to get exactly what I wanted.

This place is unhelpful at best. And the things people are saying about them selling you stuff and not telling you about it is true. I noticed, at checkout in the store, that the price sounded high and I didn’t know why. I asked a couple questions about the purchase and it all added up at the time (2 extra items @ $60 each never was offered as an explanation during this questioning).I was excited about my new phone so I went home. That’s when I looked at the receipt (this was my fault for not doing it in the store). What I wasn’t told about was the 2 screen protectors that were “included” with the purchase of a new device for an additional $120. If it was included, wouldn’t it be part of the deal? I took them back to the store where I was told repeatedly that they are “included” in the purchase and that they could not take them back. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager. He allowed me to return the case I intentionally purchased and one of the two glass protectors. Why he couldn’t return the other, that I don’t want, need, and didn’t know about, is beyond me. No amount of me telling them that “I don’t want these, please give me my money back” made them see that they took my money without me knowing about it, for an item I don’t want and didn’t know about. “There’s nothing I can do” is what I heard a lot of. Really there was nothing they were willing to do. They took back one, why not the other? Overpriced and not helpful. Stay away, unless you like throwing money away.

Purchased: Galaxy S20 Ultra / Tab S5e. OK, I do not like leaving negative reviews. I am happy with both my new phone and my new tablet. What I NOT happy with is are the JLAB Jbuds Air headphones. Now I find out they are completely non refundable. The salesperson sold these as powerful. They are anything but powerful, in fact they are rather lame even compared to the cheapest BT buds on Amazon. These guys will accessorize you all the way out the door, so beware.

EDIT: Beware of sneaky sales tactics. Not exactly dishonest, but shady. We were there a long time, walked out with a boatload of devices and accessories (that they chose for us)-why dont you guys go have dinner while we set these up!- but they got us a great dealLong story short, I now am paying double the amount on my monthly bill, and FINANCED all of the accessories that they picked out to boot. Shame on me for being gullible, and going in late on a Friday night. They saw us coming from a mile away.I went into this store without really intending to buy anything. Cory and Taryn were amazing, though. They went above and beyond in their customer service by getting me really great deals that I couldnt refuse. I walked out of there with more devices and accessories than I care to admit! Cory even stayed extra late, and set ne up by even putting the screen protectors on my devices. They were very knowledgable and personable. I will definitely return there any time I need anything. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t going to write a review but at this point I’m so over it that I will literally NEVER go back to this location. I was trying to keep peace since it’s the only Verizon store in a 5 mile radius of my house. The salesperson, Taryn, isn’t dishonest but is definitely not forthcoming with information. She told me she was going to put liquid glass without telling me the price nor with me asking for her to do that (which ended up being a crazy amount). I had a conversation with her about wanting to add a screen protector. I told her that I paid about 20 or 30 bucks and it was definitely worth it. She heard me say that added a screen protector, yet never told me the price at this location. She told me it would be $15 to replace in store and five dollars to replace through the mail. She ended up charging me $65 for a screen protector, and at that when I took it in to have it replaced they said they couldn’t do it in store. When I went and took it to south center the gentleman at the counter told me that she ripped me off. Most places sell screen protectors with replacements for 30, which is what I originally said I was comfortable paying. I would like your corporate to contact me so I can speak with someone higher up about the tactics at this store. I ended up paying an extra $350 in add ons when it should have been about a $100 extra. NONE OF THIS IS TO MENTION THAT THE FIRST TIME I VISITED THE STORE SHE TRIED TO TAKE M RAYBANS!!!!!!!! I had left them there, my mistake, but when I called up there she said they weren’t there. It was only when I asked for the video surveillance that she said “ohhhhh these black glasses? I just found some in my drawer “ I had called her within 15 min of leaving them there. Taryn should honestly go under review for her work with us. I know y’all are short staffed but there has to be someone that’s a better option. Y’all need to clean house.

These places get worse and worse everytime I come in. less and less phones to look at and no specs printed out. when asked the sales guy he refused to answer any questions about phones unless i gave him enough info to steal my identity. the guy had no uniform or name tags just a dirty polo style shirt. this is why all the brick and mortar stores are dying. I still want to upgrade my phone or buy a tablet but wont support this.

Best customer service I have ever had from a Verizon Store. I went to another Verizon Store in the Landing and I was lied too, and tricked into buying stuff. I was going to take the penalty and cancel my contract because I was so frustrated with the Verizon. I then found this store which is actually closer to my house then the one I was going to. My first time in this store and I was so impressed. The Manager is always there and I see her educating her staff on products, computers and customer service. When I buy something from this store I feel really good walking away. I have now bought 3 phones and accessories from this store in the last 6 months. The customer service I have received from the staff there has made me change my mind about going with another carrier.

My family and I ordered phones through this store, knowing nothing about the fact that it wasn’t actually Verizon we were dealing with but “Victra”, an authorized Verizon retailer. Our experience was terrible. Out of the gate, the staff tried to get us to buy phones we didn’t want because they were what was in stock that day. When they couldn’t get us to walk out with those phones, they finally ordered the phones we came in to buy, one iPhone 8 and two iPhone 8+’s. A few days later they called and said our phones were in and that we could come in and get them activated. Keeping in mind that we have already been Verizon customers for around 7 years, we thought we would run in, the activation would take about half an hour to 45 minutes, and we would be done. These morons kept us in that store for *2 and a half hours* while they tried to do this, didn’t know how to do that, had to ask Idiot 1 about the other thing ‘cause Idiot 2 doesn’t know how to do it, figure out what codes to key in, figure out what other codes to key in when the first ones didn’t work, get Idiot 2 back off his break, Idiot 3’s break time now so Idiot 2 has to pick up where Idiot 3 left off, on and on it went for two and a half hours. Myself, my wife, my mom, and my 10 year old daughter sat in that store waiting for these idiots to figure out how to do their jobs for two and a half hours, and that’s when I noticed they were going to charge me a $20 per line administrative fee. When I finally got the manager involved (a kid who was maybe 23), all he did was give me a smarmy, smug little spiel about how we would be charged those fees at other stores too and his store has more five star ratings on Google than those stores and blah blah blah, acting like James Spader in Mannequin. While on topic, the place was also totally ghetto with most of the display phones not powered on, or in some cases not even real. Horrible experience! Don’t take our business to this place! It will be worth your time to go somewhere else.

We had a great retail customer experience thanks to a Mr. Cruz Lomas. Cruz was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He stayed well past normal closing hours to finish the transaction and make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. I have no suggestions on how to have improved our shopping experience at this Verizon outlet, because Mr. Lomas set the “gold standard” for exceptional customer service. As a result of his efforts we bought two new phones and I intend to send another family member to him where Cruz will make another sale. Verizon gets to keep three happy customers, the store makes another successful sale and we have excellent devices and a “plan” we are happy with. Everybody wins!Tom D.

This place was awful. I walked in the door and not one but three employees remained sitting and playing with their phones. There were no other customers in the store and no one acknowledged me. They just continued their conversation and glanced over as if I was interrupting them. It wasnt until I walked up to an employee within two feet that he asked me if I needed anything. Have to share that this was SERIOUSLY the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a Verizon location ~ (maybe because they are an Authorized Retailer)? I dont know, but I was blown away by Cruz and his genuine concern for my ailing phone. He contacted the Verizon support/warranty department and did all the talking to help with my phone. He seemed truly concerned when they stated they would have to call me back, when I was home by a computer. I felt Cruz wanted to make sure the situation was resolved before I left the store......He gave me an option that I didnt know I had. I was actually at a Verizon store two days prior and was handed a piece of paper with the phone number to contact the warranty department...... So with the help of Cruz, I was able to leave with a working phone and other accessorizes. I truly can not thank you enough for your ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Give this man a RAISE! Awful!!! My salesman lied to me! He said $49 all it would cost to get a new phone after mine died. I asked if anymore would be added to my bill each month and he said that except for a case there would be no more cost. Then the receipt showed up on line saying I owed $260 more after paying over $69. When I went back to complain he said I could return the phone but that would be almost $60! RIDICULOUS!

Just stopped by, phone was having problems making calls. Guy working there reset the network settings on my phone, didnt work. According to him that meant that I needed to buy a new phone while their before Christmas sale was going on. Immediatly felt pressured to buy a new phone instead of receiving help on how to fix the one I have. Went home, googled the problem, fixed it myself in less than 5 minutes. Everything works just fine now.

Did not know I could upgrade my phone more consistently and go on a month to month basis to pay off my phone slowly so I upgraded my plan and was happy with the customer service! I would give a zero but that is not an option. They messed up my phone order twice and were VERY unhelpful when I tried to get them to fix it. I was charged the same activation fee twice and my refund amount was incorrect as well ( I had to spend multiple hours on long phone calls with Verizon customer service to get is fixed ). Two months after the initial activation I am still dealing with customer service to fix their mistakes. Rebecca (the Manager) made misleading comments and was unwilling to admit her mistakes. LyCrystal (an employee) also outright LIED to my face about a fee!!!! I can not overstate hos disappointed I am in the service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Verizon is great but this store is a complete waste!!

Thanks to the 4.7 rating, I came in to the Fairwood Verizon store for the first time last week. I arrived at opening on Thursday when I figured I wouldnt have much competition---I was the only customer there. Claudia helped me and spent about an hour with me helping me tremendously with all 3 of my smartphones, including my old Samsung and my new unlocked Moto G5 Plus from Costco. Her time and expertise (and my 100 or so questions) didnt cost me a dime, but I did find out that there was a low-end Samsung Eclipse, 32 GB, for $190 that had I known about it from the other Verizon stores I would have bought instead of the unlocked phone. Unlocked phones are definitely more work to get set up (and for me to understand) because they dont work quite as seemlessly as a Verizon phone on their system. I was so very impressed with Claudias extraordinary helpfulness even though I didnt buy a Verizon phone, let alone buy anything from Victra...but you can bet thats where Ill go first next time. I have problems . When I am come to that store. I’m new costumer and wanna buy two iPhones and get two numbers . I am approve but next manager Rebecca said I am fraud Customer because Rebecca see on system .On System some wrong information and say I am fraud Customer .And she say call to fraud costumer service . Because she cannot sell me and open account.She said write.But when I am said if I am called to customer service and customer service said I am a good customer can I buy it to iPhones and open account if I don’t have any problem .But Rebecca said she don’t care about nothing she say she will be never sell me iPhone and never open account to me .And Rebecca manager so mean so aggressive and not responsible and she talked with me aggressive not normal.I’m Already buying to iPhones and open account from Verizon but different location without any problem.Then my mind the manager should be need to change something because that’s not normal talk with customer aggressive.

I just came back from goin to the Verizon store in Fairwood WA. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed right now. I have been with Metro pcs for quite along time and my plan was to come and start services with Verizon today.. when i went into the store the lady their did not say one word to me or my son. She was with a customer but, she did not even acknowledge that we was there. I was very shocked that Verizon would hire such a non caring representative.. I work with customers every single day. So, I know even if i am busy with another customer at the moment , I will still let the customer know that I know they are there and when I can I will help them as well.. Someone really needs to retrain this lady about customer service... She shouldve atleast acknowledged we were there and she would get to us when she could... instead I felt like she didnt even care we was there... she needs.to learn Customer Service again.. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated at this store .... Horrible Customer Service....
