My partner found this company & liked that they had great reviews yet were a smaller, local business. I recently hurt my arms in a work injury & hes back to work after our recent move, so we asked Maria House Cleaning Service to come do our apartment move-out cleaning yesterday. One woman arrived early & then spent 3 hours scrubbing our old place completely spotless. She even stopped a little early to ask me what I would like her to spend extra time on before our time was up! She was so friendly and diligent, and the woman who booked our appointment was very prompt & professional in her communications as well. They confirmed the service ahead of time & followed up afterward to provide the receipt we requested. We were so pleased with the efficiency & professionalism of this company, & would highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

We hired Maria House Cleaning for a one time deep clean of our home. The couple did an exceptional job. We could not be more pleased. We also hired them to do our windows inside and out. We have now happily hired them for ongoing cleaning every 2 weeks.

Being new to the area, we were happy to find Maria Housecleaning! They were able to accommodate our request to schedule the same 2 cleaners every time. We have been happy with their detailed cleaning. We have monthly cleanings, which they always call to schedule. They are prompt and finish within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, the 2 cleaners are very friendly, nice people.

We have been using Maria House Cleaning Service twice a month for 4 years and have been very happy overall. They are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling. They always send people who are friendly, respectful and hard working. They do seem to have a fair amount of turnover though, so when you get a new person (from turnover or changing your schedule) you just have to be sure to specify everything that you would like done around the house. They sometimes can miss appointments or be late, but are mostly on time.

Maria Housekeeping has been coming twice a week for over a year now, and I am very happy. We tidy up before they come so they can focus on the deep cleaning, but even when we forget the house looks and smells great when they leave. I work at home, so am generally here and its not disruptive. Usually its a team of two and they are in and out with all the pre-agreed upon areas completed in no time. They call before each service to remind me that they are coming and the expected time. When Ive needed to adjust the schedule, or accommodate for holidays there is no pressure. Im happy.

I do monthly cleanings and think their pricing is very fair and competitive. Their staff is very quick to respond to my phone calls - always a call back within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours. They call you the day before your appointment to confirm your time slot and several times Ive needed to reschedule my day or time slot and theyve always been very accommodating. The cleaning staff have all been very polite and considerate. Ive never had any issues and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in the greater Seattle area!

So grateful to discover Maria House Cleaning through Angies List. I easily connected with Maria; she came out and did a same day estimate. We scheduled a time and her employees Anton and Tatiana came on time (a problem with my last cleaner who was usually late without sending a text or calling, or a no show) and did a great job. Both are lovely people and considerate of me and my two kittens. They are also creative with getting at the many nooks/ crannies and high places in my home. I highly recommend Maria House Cleaning.

The cleaners really went above and beyond; I was very happy with the results. I had surprise house guests that weekend, so I hadnt had time to do the surface tidying I intended to do to better enable them to deep clean. If you value your possessions - BEWARE!First of all, this company offers a free cleaning to clients who leave a positive online review. So many reviews here are biased and paid for.On 2 separate occasions, items have gone missing from my house on the day that the cleaners came. I think these items were mistakenly thrown away and I dont suspect that they were stolen or anything malicious, just a mistake. When I asked Maria Cleaning about it, they told me that it wasnt their fault and I just lost the items, which is not the case. The items were present when I left for work in the morning and absent when I got home. They refused to take responsibility or reimburse me. Oh, and I was a customer for 5 years - they did not value my patronage whatsoever.It is standard for all cleaning services to have insurance and reimburse when items are damaged. It is completely against industry standards for the cleaning service to refuse to reimburse clients and refuse to admit responsibility. I am suspicious of their insurance coverage. Extremely poor customer service.

My home hasnt looked this good in the four years I have lived here. The deep cleaning service took care of all the small details that even I hadnt noticed as the homeowner. They were late, wouldnt clean what I asked. Each week they sent a different team, no one was around long enough to know my house and what I needed. Based on a recommendation I switched to a different company and had better results.

They clean our house every other week. They are professional and hardworking. Our floors, kitchen, and bathrooms are cleaned. We receive a confirmation call the day before and we have the same workers everytime, even after a move. Highly recommend.

Is there a way to give bonus stars? Five just isnt enough. Prior to using Maria House Cleaning I used a competitor. They were late, wouldnt clean what I asked. Each week they sent a different team, no one was around long enough to know my house and what I needed. Based on a recommendation I switched to Maria and this is what Ive ended up with:- PRICE: The price is great. Its less than what I paid for a service that wasnt nearly as good.- PROFESSIONALISM: My team is on time - every time. Once, my team had to be late. I was called the day prior and given the option of another team coming in or having my team show up late. Maria House Cleaning explained the situation and gave me the option to ensure I was satisfied with the decision.- CLEANLINESS: My house is cleaned, top to bottom - EVERY TIME THEY COME. Its not a good cleaning once every month or two followed by rush jobs in between. Every week, every item is picked up on my desks and tables when the surface is cleaned.Its not just a once over around items. Throw rugs are picked up and cleaned underneath. They dont push the dirt under the rugs.- POLITE: Okay, I work from home most days. I tell my crew just to holler at me to leave the room when theyre ready. What ends up happening is I get a gentle tap on my door and I hear one of them say, Bruce, may I clean your office? When I walk down the halls, I dont want to disturb them while they work, but when they hear me coming, they hurry to clear a path for me.Ive had two crews assigned to me since working with Marias. Both crews were exactly the same.Everything about this cleaning service is awesome and I would never hesitate recommending them to anyone else. Believe me when I say that if you try them, they will never give you a reason to change to another cleaners. (Just dont take my time slot or team.)THANK YOU!

She contact me the day before to conform, and give me direccions about the payment.No one showed up. l end up paying $100.00Extra for staying over time at the hall.So unprofesional!!!!! Called them for an estimate (which was really not necessary for us) and a cleaning for an important event. They cancelled for lame reasons - once for the estimator and then the estimator alledgedly called me and got the wrong number and then couldnt find parking so they canceled. Super lame and unprofessional AND unreliable!

They scheduled me for 8-9 AM on a Saturday. I got up early and then sat there for two hours. They never showed up! When they finally called they made excuses. They then said they would have the cleaners here ASAP. Then they called back and said they have no one available today!!Horrible and unprofessional!Avoid!
