Made an appointment with Kevin for last Friday. He did not show up or call. I called today and Kevin answered, I asked him what happened and he said, let me see and then hung up on me. I called back, no answer this time, so I left a message and have still not heard from him. Classy.

Hired this company to so some work on a commercial mixer. They didn’t communicate at all. It was a guessing game on when their tech would show. And when the tech did show he sat in his van for over an hour before ever walking on the door. Tech then diag the unit and had to order one part. Came back over a week later to complete repair, made a repair and informed me that more parts are needed. Over a month goes by and someone from this business calls me to ask what the status is of the repair of the mixer. I informed him that the last thing I approved was another gear. Months go by, I call multiple times to find out the start of the parts so they can finish the repair. I always get told they will call back. During the pandemic, I understand that things fall through the cracks. But then 4 months go by and zero communication from this company and doesn’t complete the repair and then charges $1100!!!

General Parts is a wonderful company to work with. They repaired our industrial mixer and it had not worked in years. They brought it back to life! At New Horizons Ministries we serve meals to 40 plus youth twice a day. Can you imagine the treats we can create much more effectively with this mixer going?! This piece of equipment will help us do our jobs much more efficiently for sure!Beyond all of that it was a joy to work with David and Steve. They were generous, prompt, easy to contact and even willing to help us learn more about our mixer. I would highly recommend using this company for any repair needs you may have.
