Stood in line for over 30 minutes with another couple while the repairman finished up jobs for two other customers. Not once did he look over at those in line greet us, acknowledge us or ask for patience.Ended up walking out and going to another repair facility.

I have used there jewelry repair services on several pieces and each job came back looking better than new. There prices are very fair and the quality of work is outstanding. The jeweler Jim is so nice and knowledgeable and his experience shows in every aspect of his work .I Have sent a few friends to him and they all rave about the quality , prices & turnaround time

Great service with fair prices

I took 2 Tag Heuer Watches , 1-Mens & 1 Womens models and 3 pieces of Jewelry for repairs to the Watch & Jewelry department inside Macys Reno at Meadowood Mall . The service on all items was top notch and great quality work . Prices were very fair . The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent service !!!!!

Horrible customer service. We went to get 1 watch battery replaced and a watch band replaced on a second watch. He told myFiancé it would only be about 20 mins and didn’t tell us any prices. We came back 30 mins later and it wasn’t done so we told him no problem that we would come back the next day. When we went back the next day the guy still didn’t have it done. We came back the day after that and he wasn’t there. Got a callA few days later to come pick upThe watches. We went in and he was closed. Came back today and I asked how much itWould be and he told me he doesn’t know. Then he said he was charging us for 2 batteries and a band. When we corrected him he argued with me. So I call my fiancé and he hangs up on him! Horrible service
