I am so happy with LPS. This was the third company I’ve tried, with no luck from the first two companies. I wish I would’ve found them first. They completed my job in two days! It was so fast and stress free. I highly recommend them. I won’t use anyone else from now on.

Scam. Scam. Scam.I’m very disappointed that I have to give 1 star. My rating is Zero StarsDetails:Monica charged me $87.00 for service. Plus, I have to go back to Monica’s office, pick up proof of service & I have to go to 75 Court st to file the proof of service that they fill out. They say they make 3 attempts over a week period of time to a single address.Got an email that said they “tried 3x to no avail”.Email said for “additional fees they would re attempt at that address or a different address”I assume another $87.00.The person getting serviced does not avoid paperwork. Neither do I. This is a formality on both sides. Paperwork has been served between us for 4 years, no issues.Th Washoe County Sherriffs Department charges $31.00 & the WCSD submits there own proof of service in your behalf. No extra fees. I have the receipt from WCSD to substantiate this.Today, 3/23/18, at 8:30am, I dropped off the paperwork to the WCSD, the paperwork was received on the other end = in 2 hours.Monica is very unprofessional.Took a simple task and turned it into a mess.Here I am upset at the other party thinking they are avoiding service. Now I realize this was an attempt to double & triple chargeMonica, refund my $87.00.
