We were in the market to purchase a new copier for our office. I called to see if they would come out and service our current copy machine that has their sticker on it and get a price for a new machine. I was told by Angela that they are booked and have no future appointments available. ???This is after I had to call them twice and they did not return my call. I am speechless as to what I said that would make them not want our business.
