My hair was extremely damaged and needed major color correction. I am a natural brunette but have been coloring my hair blond for years. After the person I had been going to for a long time moved out of state, I tried a couple different salons in Reno. Over a period of nine months, my hair went from a cool-toned blond with highlights, to an ugly, flat dark brown color, that the second new hairdresser applied to try to fix the brassy orange, frizzy disaster that the first new hairdresser left on my head.But then I saw some of Spencer Terrys reviews. I was sick of wearing hats, so I decided to give him a try and Im glad I did because hes brilliant.My friends and family who saw the downward spiral of my hair were shocked at how great it looked after one appointment with Spencer. Seriously - it took five appointments and nine months with other people to completely fry my hair, but after 4 hours (perfection takes time) with Spencer, it was back to a pretty, cool-toned shade of blonde.To fix the color, he used very fine highlights (I swear I had 100 foils on my head at one point) that, when blended with the darker base color, came out looking even better than my hair did with my original person. He also toned and deep-conditioned it, and gave me a really flattering cut that removed a lot of the damage without chopping off all my hair.One huge difference that I saw between Spencer and the others who came before him, is that he took the time to ask for pictures of my hairs current state, what the color had looked like before the damage, and what my final goal was. He used the information that I gave him before he even met me to create a strategy to fix my hair. It worked - hes a magic man!

The people there are super nice and did an amazing job cutting mine and my childrens hair. They also donate hair to wigs for kids which is amazing. Highly recommend coming here!

Very clean and warm environment. Hannah who is the esthetician is really nice and does a great job. I havent used any of the other services but I do know that Tracy,who is a nail tech does a great job as Ive seen here work.

I have gone to Gaby for 10 years and she is absolutely amazing! My nails are always gorgeous and original. I love her and Revamp! Its clean and modern and always has a really fun, inviting atmosphere. If you get to talk to Keri the owner she is so funny and awesome! I will always recommend this salon!

This is really a nail salon, or at least it smells like one. Thats fine when youre getting your nails done, but a bit toxic when youre there for hair. I now go elsewhere.

Great salon ! Got a bad haircut elsewhere and after went to Keri , she was super awesome in fixing me up and making me banging ! Gaby also gave me nails to love. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming . The salon has a fun and positive vibe, even wifi, and good taste in music ! Im glad to finally have found the perfect place where I feel comfortable and am able to go to for all my beauty needs . definitely would recommend giving Revamp a visit (:

Love Desarays work every time, in both gel and acrylic. I like my nails very short and am quite pleased with the acrylic overlay and gel tips she did for me today. I absolutely recommend her.
