They do a great job bit are always way too busy. I called ti make an appointment for my mom, elderly grandmother and myself and still had to wait much too long

I called last week to make an appointment for a pedicure at 6pm on 5/26/2021 I got to the appointment 5:45 to make sure I was all ready and on time I was seated at 5:50 was excited I was on time and going to get everything going ! They started the water and I put my feet in and let them know the water was to hot she didnt acknowledge and left after a few min turn the water off and left again I waited 10 more min then she came back turn the water back on and left I waited and was concern since the water was about to over flow and she did not return I flagged someone down to turn it off and after 30 more min she didnt return I had to leave since I made the appointment for this reason to be done at 6:30 like I was told it would be when I called and I was already there past the 30 min the appointment should have been completed I started putting my shoes on and the lady came back saying I can start now I told her I had my appointment at 6 and it is 6:30 the only thing she said was ok and left no offer for a new appointment or even a apologize just walked away. this was not professional at all and not welcoming to new people at all! this was my first and last time I will go to this place. If you are going to go best thing to do is walk in and expect to be there for over a hour for one thing not even a combo!

Made an appt for 3 pedis all the same time for a girls weekend, was told we could all 3 get done at same time. NOT!! They only did 2 and thought Id wait for my friends to get done then do me. NOT! NOT EVEN A SORRY. NEVER USE THIS PLACE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Anh and the other gal in front are amazing. They are clean, polite and do a great job. When you make your appointment I recommend telling them you prefer females to do your nails, this way you know they’ll look great! These nails were done a week ago and still look great.

LOL wish I could do less than 1 Star. I originally scheduled for a refill/polish change and a pedicure on the phone. The lady even repeated my order on the phone. DID NOT ask for a name. Then when I get there right? I let them know I am also getting a pedicure. One of the ladies that work there started having an attitude speaking in her language, as she shuts on the water for the pedicure chair. And then the lady doing my nails tells me they’re only going to charge me for the nails LOL then made me schedule for a separate day. Being today in Memorial Day which they were aware and GUESS WHAT? No one is here. Awesome. And also guess what? It says “Open” on the door. This has to be a joke. Well I ain’t laughing.

Got the skin on the top of my foot scraped off and the polish looks like it was done 2 weeks ago instead of yesterday. Won’t be going back.

I wanted to treat my Mom to a pedicure when she was watching my kids while I was on vacation! Told her to go to Mochi Nails... she said they were busy. Rushed her in like caddle. And gave her the worst pedicure experience and quality she has ever had!!!

The dipping technique was harsh on nails and rushed through creating a look of dirty nails as all the polish wasnt removed properly. The pedicure also rushed. I paid and tipped well and am lookng for another salon.

They where very professional and kind and they do an excellent excellent job very satisfied!!

First time going was amazing. Had the best nail art. But the second time the man who did my nails cut my thumb (on accident I hope) and was rushing. After he put the nail stickers on they came off right when I got home. Didnt cure them after putting them on. Havent gone back since.

They was good , BUT the only thing I didnt understand why they didnt cut my real nails down they just put the fake ones on 😕🤨. Well see how long they stay ?

I went in for a full set, left bleeding on every nail and paid $65 for a set that looks nothing like I wanted, won’t be coming back

I went and got a full set acrylic and one of the guys was doing my nails, he hurt me really badly, cut the skin on my nail and left it bleeding and throbbing. they also ended up looking super messy and he left topcoat and acrylic all around my finger, not to mention he was also on the phone the whole time and wasn’t making any sort of communication. definitely not worth my $50 i paid. otherwise, place was clean and the ladies were REALLY nice, if you’re going i most definitely recommend that you ask for one of the ladies to do your nails, they look like they know what they’re doing and actually make an effort to make you feel comfortable.

V does an awesome job! She listens and is very talented and quick! Sweet gal and quiet. I think their quietness and quick responses can come off the wrong way to some people as I’ve seen it happen when people walk in. They can do nail art which is really nice and the pedicure chairs are new and they cover the bowl with plastic liners. 👌👌

My sister, 6 year old daughter and myself got simple manicures done. We wanted a nice girls day. When we walked in no one greeted us. Once they did ask what we wanted we said 3 manicures. The lady told me and my daughter it was a waste of money for us to get her a manicure. It deflated my daughter who just wanted to be one of the big girls with us. I finally got the girl to agree to at least do lotion and nail polish for my daughter which she said would be $5 and later tried to charge us $15 (the price of a full basic manicure), when we questioned that they ended up charging us $20 for her. After being told a 10 minute wait we finally sat down after about an hour. It took close to 1.5 hours for our nails to be painted with normal polish. My sisters nails look like my 6 year old painted them, mine chipped the same day and my daughter wasn’t offered a design or anything. The atmosphere was awful there. Not happy or relaxing.We will not be going back. Save your money.

I would put 0 stars but thats not an option my mom and I went to get our nails done and the girl who did my moms nails rushed through it she made them way shorter than my mom wanted she didnt buff them they are bumpy uneven horrible paint job and they are crooked. Overall horrible job. My mom said she didnt like them and they didnt ask to fix them or take monwy off or refund our money and they charged us 90$ for nails we didnt like. The girl that did mine did okay but mine looks like it grew out already and I already need them filled.

This is a nice little salon. The ladies were nice. They did a good job. I would go back. Walk in are welcome. Prices are comparable to any other salon.

I got my gel manicure and it chipped off within 7 days. I scheduled an appointment and there is no such thing as an “appointment” with them. You have to wait and they are not welcoming at all! If you’re looking for quality and customer service...do not go here! They were just trying to get people in and out...even though they weren’t that busy? I will never go here again!

Everything is pretty much perfect. The location is easy to get to, the shop is clean, and the staff are friendly.

The lady who worked on my nails did a great job and got them done a lot faster compared to other salons that Ive gone to. Only compliant that I have is that I still had to wait for someone to assist me due to them working on another customer even though I had an appointment.
