I don’t know why everyone is saying Mai is rude she one of the nicest person I’ve met so far. 10/10 I would come again

This is a full beauty salon! They have nails, facials, haircuts, manicures, pedicures, its a one stop shop which makes it pretty easy. I just came back from a camping trip and I was disgusting so I needed face, hair, hands and feet done, basically a new body.Its a small quite business so Im glad to support, other salons are too busy and noisy. The other customers seem to have known her for years and quite adore her. Mai does have a thick accent and can come across as aggressive but she is indeed friendly and just here to get the job done.Be mindful as this place is cash only so make sure to stop at the ATM before

Cheap place to get your haircut unfortunately the last two times I have had some imperfections the lady is really nice and has been doing it a long time Im pretty sure its my hair thats wierd not her

They took forever for a simple haircut. Came again and once again took forever. The quality of your haircut is garbage also for such a long wait. Did I mention expensive?

My husband got a last minute haircut. She was AMAZING!! $10 HAIRCUT cant beat that. He said he hasnt had someone cut his hair that well in years.

Mai has to be the rudest most unprofessional person Ive ever encountered. Plenty of places in town to get your nails done without being yelled at.

Mai is great. She worked with my disability and gave me tips how to keep my color and my nails. Mine and my sons cuts came put perfectly. She doesnt take cards or checks so make sure you bring cash. Just live mai

This lady has been cutting my hair off and on for almost fifteen years she does a great job! As with any place where tipping is due and deserved and you cant afford it thats where Im at today. So I noticed while parking some weeds in the front flower bed guess what is getting a treatment of round upWeed killer this evening. Will take me just a few minuets.My tip.Thanks Roy.

Great haircut at a good price.

Shes always on call if shes not in the shop. Shes very friendly 10$ haircuts. Full salon. Been there for years. Her Google phone number gets her every time. Fast I have never not tipped.

I have been going to Mai Tais for a few years, since I moved to Reno... Once you get your specified hair cut, Mai will put in the extra detail that will have you coming back for another hair cut, after another... Very reasonably priced, very personable and friendly and you will not find a hair stylist who is as meticulous as she is experienced.

This place is great for a haircut. The price is rite, too. Mai is a great person, who is very personable.

The people who say Mai is mean must have an entitled attitude.As a person in customer service for over 40 years I have to say that if you have never been to the designated spot before, leave home early.In this day of cell phones and GPS, there is NO reason to be late.

I asked for her to finish painting my nails she told me no I have half finished painted nails theyre not shaved right and she told me she would charge me $35 and then told me she usually charges 45 and next time she charge me 45 after telling me she charged me 35 some of the worst Nails Ive gotten the owner was also very rude to me and even took the money right off the counter when I was sitting in front of me do not go to this place I also sat there for two hours why she repeatedly got up from doing my nails to cut other peoples hair and do their pedicure when I was there before they even showed
