Really great atmosphere. I made an appointment for three ladies to have pedicures and we had a lovely experience. Didn’t feel rushed. The nails turned out beautiful and we were all very happy with our pedicures.

This place only gets two stars from me because at least they were nice. But their work is very sloppy and rushed. Both me and my sisters nails look horrible. It took them almost 30 mins just to start my nails and 3 of them were just sitting there doing nothing. Besides that on their prices it says $40 for full set acrylic nails. They charged me $50 for short one color set of acrylic then had the nerve to tell me that they added a discount. Then my sister got the exact same thing I did and she got charged $60! I will never go back there again! Ever! Over priced for sloppy work!

I asked for the ombré picture and received the photo on the right. Nails are not even the same length all around.

I asked for ombre nails. Literally got everything done especially the pedi. Was perfect for a first time visit.

All this time I THOUGHT I was getting good pedicures, but today I actually experienced it!!! I had the most amazing pedicure. I have tried a few other local nail salons but this place is the best. I highly recommend Hollywood Nails, especially Sasa! Sasa was super friendly and thorough with her work. I will definitely come back!

I had an appointment at 5:30 and the lady was busy doing a pedicure & was told to wait. I waited and second lady called me back and sat me down. While she was doing a manicure. Still waiting at this point. I told them I would be back was getting something to eat. Came back and the lady started yelling at me telling me it was too late HOW RUDE!

A bad experience was handled very quickly and professionally! Sasa has provided the best pedicure service I’ve ever experienced. Always on time when appts was made! Sass is number 1!!!!

This is the worst nail salon. The fill I got looks like plastic nails glued on. This guy must not be trained or certified. Never going back again. I am going to have to go to another place and get my nails redone.

I went in for a 35 dollar fill my nails were only two weeks grown out but it was time for a fill when I went there the lady asked if I also wanted a pedicure I said no I only had the budget for the 35 dollar fill I had been promised when I called. Then she said to keep my length I had it would raise the price to 50 so I said fine cut it down. But then she kept pushing a brand new full set on me and when I had said no three times she started bending and ripping off my grown out acrylics and said it would cost 50 dollars because now I needed a full new set. Painful rude and VERY unprofessional. Left me in tears.

I made an appointment (I wouldnt recommend walking in as they seem busy). The gentleman who did my nails was very kind. He listen to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my nails. The shape was perfect and my nails are beautiful. Everyone was very nice. They even did what they could to accommodate my aunt and match the color she had from the last salon she went to. They ended up finding an even nicer color and did an amazing job on her nails as well. Great customer service and they know how to do nails. 💅

Today was my first time at Hollywood Nails & I must say, it was great. I called in the morning for an appointment & they had some time available. They do take walk-Ins, but I recommend making an appointment because they seem to be very busy.Upon arriving, I was greeted almost immediately & my wait was very short. The man that did my nails was very nice, quick & efficient, my nails looked perfect. Everyone that worked there seemed happy & they even got the customers all talking with one another, which I enjoyed.Thank you google for the suggestion, you did it again!

Le is great! Super quick and quality work. The gel polish didnt chip or lift for over a week and Im hard on my hands.

Im on vacay and came in as a walk in and the staff Super nice and friendly. They had repeat customers whom they knew by name. Their was an elderly lady who came in with her granddaughter and they were kind and gentle with her. If Im back in town definitely coming back!

My nails are completely natural and long and I had three different people come over and finally, they believed me that there were no tips... once they took off the gel polish. So that part was pretty lame and annoying but the gel manicure I got was pretty great. I just didnt know if I needed a fill or gel nail polish..lol! Now I know.

I go here once a month to get my nails refine and get a pedicure. It took me a long time to find a good place. I lve been going here for about two years and I wont be going anywhere else unless they close. My girl is Hannah. Its a family run business and everyone works. They do it all. If youre looking for for 💅 nails, gel polish, pedicure, or something really fancy, they have you covered.

I have gone to several places and only one or two people working there would do a great job and the cost would be high. At Hollywood Nails they are fun and friendly. Everyone who works there does a fantastic job and they are all very gentle and still fast. The pricing is also very fair. I will wait if they are full instead of just going somewhere else, even if I have a broken nail. They are the best!

My first visit, lee was my pedicurist. I finally found someone who thoroughly cleans toe cuticles, trim and buff toe nails and sluff off dead skin all around times and feet. And an amazing foot massage.

Oh my gosh!! Pedicure for $28 and up and gel polish on your nails for $18!! What a steal! The pedicure even came with a hot stone massage.. and it was a long leg massage mmmmhmm! Clean and friendly and I will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys!!

Looking for a new nail salon because my old has new owners and they are horrible. Tried Hollywood Nails and was not pleased. I called and they said come at 2pm she would have time. Get there about 130pm the woman says we dont have time. I respond I was told to come at 2:00 Im just early. They begin to speak In their native language. Shes what do you want? I repeat a gel manicure. Have a seat at the table she says. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because she was fast. Did not speak to me at all just looked at me like I had the plague the whole time. Maybe because Im an African-American woman I was treated differently. Every person that came in after me was greeted nicely and was told they could wait and given a time.

First time going there for a pedi both of my daughters and I loved it and the people that work there are great

I am a native Renoite, my parents are 90 and 88. I found this place about 6 years ago, I was skeptical, but my girlfriend said they were the best. Sydney and all her FAMILY are fantastic!!! I started taking my mom after her stroke (leaving her mentally impaired) and now my dad (cant trim his own toenails anymore) --- they treat them with KID gloves, so sweet to them each and every time. They have always treated me with the utmost respect, we laugh, they chat and its like a party !! Truly. I dont know how anyone can say they are rude or they dont let you choose what you want. Its simply not true with anyone that goes in, while Im there--NEVER seen it, have seen other customers with huge attitudes....Respect begets respect, maybe its not them that needs to work on their peeps skills?Now on to the work itself...Ive never had my toes, my moms toes chip, fade or smudge. They trim my moms fingernails while shes getting her toes done so she wont have to sit so long, and they are gentle and sweet with her. She loves going there , even tho she forgets the minute we are in the car. Its clean, sanitary, and all the family does a great job. There is little employee turnover so you always get the same great service. Sydney makes sure of it!! Her brother, Delvin is just as wonderful and the rest of the family do a great job. I never worry about who Im getting because they all are AWESOME!!! I cant thank them enough for what they do.GO - youll love it!!

Its hard for me to find a good nail place but I must say the young sweet girl did a great job and they didnt over charge me. In cali its cheap for a pedi here not so much so the price here was in the middle and good. She gives a good foot massage. NEW update oh I still love this place Sydney you rock she is the best i pedi lady I have ever had and she is so so much fun everyone here is such fun.

Hannah is the best, Ive been going here for 2years never had a problem with my nails. They last me about 6 weeks, a real saving for me.

Waiting for a friend to fly into Reno, so I stopped here to get my nails done. Mani pedi done simultaneously (no paint on my nails) so I was in and out in an hour, including 20 mins of feet drying time. Sydney gave me an AMAZING foot massage and my hand tech gave a wonderful hand massage, too. Everyone was friendly and my service was so relaxing!

This is the only place i will go and get my nails done at. I go here no matter what they are always super friendly and they remember you. top notch service
