Ive been seeing Shannon for a year now. She has been great. Staff is very nice. Their new location is way better than the last one. They seem to have ironed out the issues from before at the last location. My son went there as well but his therapist moved to a new location now that she is done with her internship. He is seeing her at her new place. Tomorrow my step daughter will be going for an assessment.

They promise more than they can deliver. I called this clinic few days ago and explained to them that my daughter’s release from Rehab is dependent on securing a schedule with a counselor. The lady I talked to from LifeQuest was very understandable stating that she’ll put that on the note so that the scheduling can be expedited. She promised to call me the next day to let me know the availability of any counselor. I was so relieved that she understood my urgency. However, few days later I called up to follow up, the same lady remembered me, but only to tell me that they don’t have any availability, not even a temporary one and that I can not get an appointment for my daughter. I wish she informed me that so I wasn’t waiting. She gave me a different number to call, but when I called that number it was for a referral. Did the Lifequest lady did not understand that I had a referral already (that’s why I called them) and just looking to make an appointment with a counselor. So, here I am, back to square one looking for a counselor.

Monika has helped me make great strides in dealing with my anxiety without the use of medication. I couldnt be happier that I was referred to this place. It has really changed my life. All of the staff are friendly and caring. Monika has even been working with my dog so that she can be registered for an Emotional Support Animal. I want to thank everyone who works here, especially Monika, for working with me and giving me back my life quality!

Waited 30 mins past my appointment time before the therapist even showed up, only to get turned away because of an insurance mixup. After getting rescheduled for the THIRD time, got a call to remind me of the appointment, showed up on time and told them I was there, with a hurried response of okay, and was ignored for another 20 minutes before I left, got a call from the therapist only to find out shed been there all along and was just in the building next door, which NO ONE EVER told me. I had my baby with me and was supposed to see someone about serious depression and anxiety attacks. The people in this office shouldnt be trusted with a stapler let alone day-to-day scheduling of people who really need help.
