Have been using them for years to butcher our hogs. After my last experience I will never use them again. Pushed my appointment that I scheduled a year in advance by 4 weeks. Cost me an extra $120 in feed. Then the day we were ready to drop the pigs off they call to inform me they can not smoke or cure my bacon, hams and hocks. Terrible management and they wouldnt give me a discount for their shortcomings. Im very disappointed this time around. Going elsewhere next time.
